Worst food and customer service experience we witnessed today. 3 East Indian girls were really rude and had no customer service... skills. We bought a regular veggie fries and asked them to give toppings on side, to our surprise one of the girl refused togive us the topping and started arguing that I am working for past 7 years and we do not give toppings. Secondly, the veggiefries were stale and we threw it away. I hope owner can look into this because such behaviour will definitely impact therevenue. Vacation spoiler! Read more

This place was cleaning the fryer and surrounding area, spraying cleaning products while the fries were frying right next to it?... I couldn?t believe my eyes. Someone needs to seriously do some training here or shut this place down before you really hurtsomeone. Read more

Good fast food.

Today I went to this location and there were 3 Punjabi girls of 19-20 years. I was dealed by 2 of them. Both of them do not have... any manners of how to deal with customers such a ridiculous customer service. Both of them behaved rudely will never come backto this location and never recommend to anyone to visit here. Read more

Poor service and refused to add any toppings on the "premium hotdog" because they were closing in half an hour but didn't tell... me till after I paid and received a boring overpriced plain bun. Disappointed. Read more

After reading reviews, I travelled from afar and searched this place with great difficulty as it is located in an underground... mall. Fries were crispy no doubt, but bland without a speck of salt... Heck the gravy on top (ordered poutine) was neithersalty, tangy, spicy, nor sweet.. it was absolutely tasteless... And they should change the name of premium hotdog as it ismiles away from being premium, with just a juiced up wet spongy fake Weiner and it doesn't taste like meat at all. Read more
