The food is as great as the Yaletown branch. So fresh and delicious. We went as a group of 8, and the whole reason we went there... was to try the potato and the garlic sauce again which is a must you have to try it. The staff were super nice. They made Greek food well. The lamb is def a highlight, it?s light flavored and kept the original taste of lamb, very juicy. The... 3 dips are good to share tapas at good price, all made very well. I have family visiting from England so I decided to reserve 5 seats for lunch. We had a wonderful time with great food! It was... our server's first ever shift and the service was impeccable, the manager was fantastic too. Although my family lives inLondon, they haven't had such delicious Lebanese food. The menu items ranged from meat to vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan.The food was simply exquisite. Has been a long time since the last time. My wife and I came for something a little different and we succeeded. Our first time... for dinner. We walked in and were completely ignored for the first couple of minutes while their manager (tall blonde lady) was walking... around looking at us and walking away. We then were asked to sit somewhere by the front door and I insisted to sit somewhereelse. Food was over priced for the quality. We ordered the bison steak which was very little and cold ???? Word of mouth had Nuba in Kitsilano as a very good option for Lebanese food. It didn't disappoint. Made a reservation for... dinner, glad we did, the place was super busy on a Friday night. Upon entering and confirming our reservation, the hostess thereasked us to show our BC Vaccination Card and ID, which shows they are following Provincial protocols to make everyone safe. Onceat our table we ordered a round of drinks, while we checked their menu, but our mind was set up based on a previousrecommendation: it would be "La Grand Feast", a platter for 2 guests that can be ordered for 3 or more if need be. The platteris a generous serving that comes in 2 plates and includes (copied from their menu), "hummus, baba ghanooj, tabouleh, olives,pickles, feta, fattoush salad, Najib?s Special, roasted potatoes, lamb chops, spiced prawns & chicken skewers", and of coursepita bread. The flavours are amazing, rich in spices that add textures and make every item served a delicious experience.Unfortunately, no room for dessert... next time! Amazing food. If you come with a small group try the share plates they have a great variety and will feed your appetite. Entrees... are a bit smaller in size. This restaurant is quite large, there?s also upstairs. Can accommodate large groups. Must try baklavacheesecake. Read more
