Good spring rolls, but the rest of the meal was disappointing. The peanut sauce for the salad rolls was half soy sauce with not... much else for flavor and the lemongrass chicken was bland Read more

I often pass by this place and was curious, so I stopped in for dinner. It was empty except for occasional takeout when I showed... up around 7, but I know I've seen it busier earlier in the day. The restaurant looks like a hole in the wall, but it was veryvery clean. Ordered the Veggie Pho and a Jackfruit Smoothie. The woman at the front was super nice and my food was readyquickly. The pho broth wasn't the most flavourful on its own, but the tofu was seasoned very nicely. There were lots ofvegetables and everything seemed very fresh. It was decidedly NOT oily at all, which I really appreciated. The bowl was huge - Igot pretty close to finishing both the pho and the smoothie but had to leave just a little bit of both, and I was super full. The smoothie was really good! Very vibrant flavour. Overall this was just about exactly what I was looking for: a quick andsimple, healthy meal, and warm atmosphere. It's also pretty good value: $13.8 pho, $4.5 smoothie. Not anything to write homeabout but a place I'd recommend for a quick, simple pho fix, and I'd be interested in trying the banh mi too. Read more

I paid $15 for this. I counted a max of 7 pieces of beef. For this price, you can get double, even triple, the portion served... here. Soup base is actually pretty good. Just hope the owner can increase the portion to match its price. The portion isunacceptably small Read more

Just came home from a long day of air travel & was dying for Vietnamese food. Found One Saigon on DoorDash & thought We would... try it. Hands down the most disappointing Vietnamese restaurant I?ve ever had. The $15 vegan tofu pho had literally 3 tinypieces of tofu, 2 full baby carrots and a few stalks of overly cooked broccoli & cauliflower. The tofu salad roll had wiltedgreen lettuce, a ton of old hard noodles and uncooked tofu (?!!). My husband had a tofu baguette & said he could have a made abetter (and fresh one!) with what was in the now week old contents in the fridge. In a city ripe with amazing cuisine this isnot the place to get delicious food. So disappointed AUGUST 10 edit: owner has been in touch with excellent service recovery sowill give them another try. AUGUST 20 Edit: the owner did a great job of service recovery & offered me a full refund as well asa redo on our order. The food was fresh, delicious and the portion sizes were great. Many thanks One Saigon! Read more

Iced coffee is excellent, and they had a deal of 2 for $5. 3 item combo on vermicelli with small salad is tasty but portion size... is alot smaller than other places yet more expensive. Overall very good but portion size could be a little more fair. Read more

Best Pho in the area. Very fast take-out service and great price. I have lunch here more than once every time I'm in Vancouver.... This is the place you want for take-out Pho. Dining area is tiny, so take the food back to your place. Read more

I got a Ph? Chay ????? and Ch? Giò Chay (Vietnamese Vegetarian Salad Roll), unfortunately I wouldn't rate this as my worst... point was that the tofu slices are super thin and seems pretty stingy. I also hate when vietnamese restaurants provide takeoutchopsticks when you order pho soup, as it makes the tips of the chopsticks taste super gross, ruining flavor and the wateralmost splinters the chopsticks in your mouth. The Tofu Salad Roll peanut satay was certainly not peanut and tasted more likeoyster sauce, there's definitely room for improvement there and again pretty stingy tofu slices. Albeit I did rate the veggiebroth pretty good since it's hard to find one in the area which isn't super bland. Staff are super friendly nice people and veryaccommodating, they gave me loads of yum fresh chillis to make it spicy. This is a laid back, chilled and relaxed late night phojoint in a great convenient location. Read more

One of the best Pho in downtown Vancouver. The noodle had just the right amount of chewiness. Broth is amazing. I always get... their Pho with a side of spring roll. I would suggest you do too. ???????? Oh and the service is fast if you?re in a rush to getback to the office. Read more
