Absolutely unprofessional service. I ordered for delivery through their website and did not receive, but they still charged me... for. I called last night to see where my food was and all the lady could say was "thank you" and left the phone unhooked for therest of the Night. I tried called again this morning and they said it was my fault for not picking it up when I order DELIVERY.They proceeded to tell me they could not do a refund without owners approval (understandable), but once again they are refusingto pick up the phone. Horrible way to treat repeat customers (or anyone in general for that matter) I did not receive my food,why should I have to pay for it? Read more
I ordered the Olympus bowl with chicken and rice. The amount of chicken is really disappointing because I am getting a single... skewer to eat with half a pita and a bowl full of rice. I am left with more than half of the rice remaining and no chicken left.These proportions are disappointing. Read more

Popped by to grab a quick lunch for my son and I before heading into work last week and the woman serving could not seem any... more annoyed and less interested to be serving me... to the point where I even caught her rolling her eyes when she asked mewhat I would like. I would have asked her what her problem was if my son wasn't there. I know this is a food court and you'reprobably so busy all of the time, but I am always pleasant to my patients no matter what im going through at/outside of work so,just a little taken aback! I just came to this place in the morning and ordered a chicken pita wrap combo. The lady working at the front gave me a 500ml... bottle of coke with the order but I am pretty sure that the combo doesn?t come with it as she charged me a little extra thanwhat I usually pay. The staff was kinda rude and was feeling very tired. And the chicken was extremely dry. However, I like thefries they were fresh. Read more
Ordered a group meal today and it was graciously handled by accommodating staff! Our Team was so happy with the Greek lunch?... food was prepared on time, quality and quantity were amazing! Worst customer service and food. The girl forgot to put any Parmesan on my pita bread. When I asked her, she sprinkled the... tiniest amount on the bread. The potato was simply boiled. No flavour to it whatsoever. The bread seemed spoiled. When I askedfor one scoop of tzatziki on rice, the girl acted as if I asked for her kidney and again put the tiniest amount. I love Opa andhave never had bad experience at any of the other locations but this sure was the first one from both food and customer serviceperspective. Read more
When I've just handed over $15 and I'm starving, I do not want to argue, beg, plead, convince or otherwise coax your associate... into serving my calamari the way I've always eaten it at every other location for the last 15 years: with a scoop of tomatoes ontop. I understand she wanted to preserve the integrity of the esoteric recipe, and had been previously counseled against menusubstitutions which dilute the inherent culinary genius, but maybe you could encourage your staff to go with the flow andembrace a "give-and-take" mindset, with the understanding that working with the wants and desires of the client is how youexperience a more joyful day at work.
