This is genuinely the worst location they could not care less in general. Every time I?ve come in I stand around waiting for... someone to help me pay for my order I?m picking up and they ignore me until I actually ask and then they?re annoyed by me. I made a mistake on my order. I have dietary issues when it comes to dairy and i ordered a plant based pizza but mistakenly... forgot to switch the cheese to vegan friendly and upon arriving home and realizing this error i called panago back to explain mysituation and how I could not eat this pizza and they could not do anything for me. It was a small $7 pizza, ive spentthousands with them and they could not do anything. Horrible call center customer service. Read more
If there would be any option where we can give negative stars i would love to give -10 . Today, i was on my work and i was... hungry so my friend ordered me pizza from this store. She told me that i have coupn with me so you have to pay just delivery andi said ok. The moment pizza guy came he asked me coupon and i said i can tell you verbally because my friend ordered the pizza .Delivery guy was disrespectful. Also i think person name was Steve and he was harassing me over on a phone call and said if youdont pay then you can never order the pizza and if you dont have $20 in your pocket why would you order the pizza and bla bla .This is how they treat the customer. Ordered the plant based spicy Hawaiian. We were pleased with the prompt delivery however, the pizza itself did not taste very... good. The combination of sweet from the base and vinegar from the peppers did not make for a good mix. I would not order thispizza in the future. Read more
I Ordered 3 big pizza with two big Juice Boxes I even show her which size and the flavor of the juice box I want and I ask them... to deliver it to my place , the delivery guy come in time but he grabbed me two small juice boxes!! Which doesn?t make sense Iphone them back she said she pick the small one that?s why the delivery grab me the small one! Food is delicious and made fresh. The owner (?) came out and did a little show for my two daughters by tossing and spinning the... pizza dough. He also had a nice conversation with my six year-old daughter. My two daughters finished a whole pizza on theirown. Will definitely come again. Read more
Just had a pizza and cheesy bread take an hour and 45 minutes to show up cold and they won't even give me my money back. Unless... I want a replacement in another hour ( which would be 1am ????) for a total of approx 3 hours wait or credit my account.... Whata joke. This city is filled with good food and the whole point of this was to be fast, easy and reliable....and when I calledand complain I get " do you want the credit or not?" If you can avoid being disappointed by every facet of a business, get yourfood somewhere else. Read more
Pizza tasted great, but I felt uneasy being asked over and over for a paper coupon at pickup. I ordered through the deal... section of the app which had $5 off any menu pizza that weekend, hence there was no coupon. Perhaps the staff could be betterinformed of their current promotions, or not participate in the promotion if the store is unhappy about giving $5 off. Read more
