A nice place for some satisfying ramen! Servers get a little busy during peak times but the quality of food prep is top notch!... Spicy ramen wasn't too crazy for me, but the broth was flavourful! Read more

It was a pleasure to lunch there with my wife and my 17 months old daughter. The food was delicious and the staff was so caring... for the wellness of us and our little girl. When you enter the place with a young child, they give you a high chair and aplastic set of fork, spoon, plate and glass for your little one. An appreciated touch. We will come back there for our next tripin Vancouver. Read more

I been to Santouka Robson many times and I always like the food and the service there. I came to the broadway location yesterday... shortly before 8pm. A waitress came over and took my order. I ordered a combo meal with some appetizer. She repeated my order tocheck if everything was correct and I said yes it was correct. So the combo meal came first then the appetizer. When theybrought me my appetizer I decided to order a sake because I felt like it. It was another waiter that took my sake order. Andwhen the sake came I asked the waitress who originally took my order (not the one whom I ordered a sake from) if it came withthe free edamame as advertised because they gave me a drink menu that mentions alcoholic drinks with free edamame 8pm onwards. And the waitress said I have to charge you extra for edamame because you ordered the food at 7:45pm so I looked at my watch andit?s 8 now and I literally just ordered the sake. The waitress knew this because when I first ordered the food according to herat 7:45pm I didn?t ask for sake. She even repeated my order a couple of times. The guy waiter saw and heard what?s going on andI think he told her that I ordered the sake later not at 7:45. She just said okay I?ll bring you the edamame. I really don?tcare if they?re going to charge me extra for edamame. I just don?t appreciate false advertising when they try to charge you forsomething they advertise for free. Read more

This is one of the best ramen places I've ever been to! The shoyu broth is very rich without being overly greasy. I enjoyed the... Japanese Cream Soda more than the ramen though! The green looks so nice and it tastes amazing too. Came in around 5 minutes pastopening time, it seems they get fairly busy around lunch time Read more

We came here on the perfect day! March 10 was a special promotion day for Santouka Ramen. 50% off! This is a popular Japanese... Ramen restaurant franchise all over the world. I have eaten at multiple Santoukas in the US and around Vancouver. I always getmy go-to Shoyu Ramen with extra Cha-Su. A discount made it that much more better! My Shoyu Ramen was packed with flavor. Theramen is just the right texture. The pork cha-su was fatty and delicious. It was every bit as good as I remembered. I'm gladthe consistency is always there no matter which Santouka I visit! Delicious hearty ramen and tsukemen (dipping noodles). The broth had depth and it's also nice to change it up once in awhile and... order noodles to dip! Read more
