I love their avocado -tofu sandwich! I wish they had Air conditioning for the hot summer days but for grab-and-go they are great

This is the slowest salad serving I have ever had. It's like waiting for a complete French dinner. If you like to wait for 30min... for a salad, you are welcome. Read more

This little shopfront eatery on West Broadway is a favourite stop for my daughter and me when we are looking for lighter food... with great flavours and freshness. We always build our own bowls. Mine (pictured) is usually shrimp and tofu, crabmeat, seaweedsalad, avocado and cucumbers. Ponzu Mayo and all of the toppings really make these bowls great, especially the crunchy onions. Read more

Got the delivery, the food was fine for the most part, until I hit this one piece of salmon that was straight up FOUL. The... rotten flesh smell went straight up my nose, and I had to spit everything out. DISGUSTING. Read more

Recently discovered this place in the neighbourhood. I built my own poke bowl and it was delicious. They are generous with the... ingredients and it tastes very fresh. The service was friendly and prompt, and the bowl was also plated really nicely. I willdefinitely be returning! Read more

Driving along West Broadway I spotted a Pokay! Love Poke, pulled over and went to try. It's a small store front and can be... missed if you're not looking. Inside is clean, a few tables and gives a warm feeling walking in. On the menu there are pokebowls suggestions and build your own. I selected the Volcano with Aburi Salmon..yum. As I was watching the bowl being puttogether I couldn't wait to eat it...and it got even better when the torch came out for the salmon, the aroma or charredfish..can't be beat...mouth watering.. The flavours of the bowl were good however it seemed to all taste similar after a fewbites. The rice was not Japanese rice, disappointing. There also needed to be some crunch to contrast the soft textures.Unfortunately, this was only the second poke bowl I haven't finished. They have a TV above the counter behind the serving barshowcasing some dessert with taro and they looked good. Read more

What a lovely place! I was in the neighbourhood and decided to have lunch. The salmon bowl was so delish! Service was comparable... if not better to large scale downtown restaurants even as we had a table outside enjoying the warm autumn day. Highly recommend! Read more

Very prompt & friendly service, the gentleman who helped me took a lot of care to ensure everything was plated beautifully (even... though it was takeout!) The regular size bowl was just enough food to tide me over without feeling overfull, but maybe go for alarge if you have a bigger appetite. Tasted very fresh & delicious! I stopped in without planning ahead, so I forgot myreusable container. But luckily it seems they also use compostable containers & utensils when possible, which is great. ???? Read more
