The service was pretty disappointing. I don?t know why it took the server like 25 minutes just to bring us a few glasses of... water. It was so quite saddening to see that the white customers in the restaurant received better service. I also want toquestion why there were Chinese decor items in a japanese restaurant? The one that stood out to me the most was the portrait ofa woman wearing a Chinese Qipao. Isn?t that kinda appropriation of Chinese culture? Ordered online. Pre-paid with tip. Got hit with an email telling me I was being given an extra charge with no explanation, I... called and they told me that the chef roll I requested was extra but there was no explanation of why that was or any evidence onthe menu for it. Food also wasn't ready on time and came with no pickled ginger. Just unacceptable professionalism from arestaurant I'd been ordering for from for years and sadly for the last time. This is my go to place for sushi on The Drive. Always fresh, great menu selection, combos and price. The rolls are the perfect... size and everything is consistent. It is on the smaller side inside. It can hold a couple of groups and a few couples. Read more

I?ve been a regular for years. I rarely deviate from the usual , however I?ve had almost the whole menu. I can say it?s all... good. It?s my favourite close spot on the drive, service is friendly and fast most of the time but when it?s busy sometime youcan get lost in the crowd as in any place you eat. Their rolls are pretty good and not expansive for similar rolls elsewhere. The reason im giving 2 stars is because of poor... service and hygiene, the lady was not very nice taking our orders and we felt like we were being rush, i would understand if shewas busy, but there was only one other table of 2 people in the restaurant. Later on 2 more groups of people came in, and shejust passed the menu from our table over and over without wiping it or change it to another menu.... And we saw her arguing withother customers when they had questions about menu, like you cant just assume customers understand your menu and withoutattempting to explain it she got patient with them. We walked in with no expectations. Quality of the food was amazing. Reasonable priced. We ordered 7 dishes and they were all... delicious! Great presentation as well. Not just a wonderful food experience we also got a Fantastic service from our server.Highly recommend! Read more
