Seems to have gone downhill the last few years. I used to recommend their cinnamon buns as tied for best in town, but the last... ones were disappointing: dry, with none of that delicious crispy buttery edge that used to define a glorious solly?s bun. Read more

Came here on a Thursday and it wasn?t crowded at all. They have a vast variety of bakery and they are not expensive. I loved... being at the terrace enjoying the day, unfortunately the tables were not 100% clean. They were kind of sticky but rather thanthat everything was good. Their cinnamon roll is just amazing! Totally worth it! Read more

This review reflects a first and one time experience. I was surprised to read so many reviews stating unprofessional/abusive... behaviour of the owner toward staff. I didn't see or experience any of that. On the contrary the staff behind the counter wereall calm, collected and attending to their work and when the owner did come out she seemed chill and friendly. I'm not sayingthat's the way it always is, but I didn't experience any unprofessional demeanor from the owner. The Lox Bagel was fresh, wellput together and tasty. I also love the amount of Israeli items they have that are imported. I was looking for a kosher deli andfinally I found one in Vancouver. Their lunch items are plenty and so are their breakfast items. definitely going back to trytheir other items on the menu! Read more

I've always been under the impression that you could get a bagel with cream cheese to-go pretty snappy. But apparently at... Sully's it's a 20 minute affair. So just make sure you pay for parking on that quiet Street or a $5 bagel will turn into an $85bagel. Oh and I would suggest dining in because I don't think there's an appropriate way to consume this mess in your carwithout getting into an accident. *Edit after owners reply* While I commend your attempt at criticizing me personally andturning my view into some sort of soapbox diatribe about why I'm hard done by. No. I'm sorry, you need to just do better if ittakes you 20 minutes to prepare a bagel. When you have eight plus people working and a handful of customers in the dead of theafternoon. I work back of house for years before starting a small business that I run with a good reputation I built from theground up. I have work in smooth kitchens and chaotic ones. And yes I own my car but I've also been homeless. Read more

My lox and egg bagel was good, I saw the prep and they microwaved the egg in a plastic deli container. I understand that the... diameter of the plastic cup fits the bagel but I would never microwave or even eat out of plastic. Invest in a small PyrexTupperware. Also the two kitchen ladies were ignoring customers and impolite. I would still give it another chance. Came at10:30 on wed march 9. Read more

Huge selection on food , and baked goods. Unfortunately I wouldn?t say I overly enjoyed my time in there. I came on a Thursday... around 11am. Wasn?t very busy at first and then it picked up around noon. I ordered a sesame seed bagel and cream cheese ! Theamount of cream cheese was insane I definitely enjoyed the amount ! Unfortunately for ?hot fresh bagels? mine was super staleand chewy. Tasted like it was made 3 days before. All the tables had signs that flipped over saying ? Sanitized and un-sanitized? for after you use the table. ALL of the tables were sticky and flipped to ?un -sanitized ? and over the hour we were thereeating our food and drink not once did any of the 5 employees in the front come over and clean up. It was a bit disappointingbecause especially during this pandemic I think it?s very important to keep your place clean and open to people wanting to enjoytheir food. Another thing that I found surprising was I asked for almond milk instead of regular milk in my small coffee andthey charged me an additional $1.50 for a small amount ! I think that?s a bit much? I?ve been to many coffee shops downtown andhaven?t had to pay that before. ( some people can?t have dairy) Overall they have lots of choices, maybe some of their deliciouslooking bakery items are better, but personally the bagels were a bit disappointing. Read more

Cozy setting with decent bagels, but the staff were unfriendly and borderline rude. I entered feeling quite chipper on a sunny... morning, and every interaction with the staff was unpleasant. Giving three stars instead of less because the food was decent andI wanna give them the benefit of the doubt that the two staff I interacted with were just having a bad day. Read more
