Cute little place. Love the servers there! They have always been really nice! Drinks are fantastic. Food, not so much! But... that?s pretty much any Starbucks. Read more

The staff will give you the wrong milk and then if you question it, be upset that they have to change it. If they don't call out... the right milk, they get upset if you double check. Basically, they're always rude and unhappy with everything and I highlyrecommend that everyone send in a complaint to Starbucks so that management takes it more seriously. Read more

Extremely rude staff. Always yelling and pointing at customers. So far 3/4 of my orders have been wrong or just gross. Defiantly... the worst place the get coffee on campus. Avoid at all costs. Read more

The customer service here is really bad. I understand that they have to handle a large amount of students given their location,... but their baristas are very rude. This one guy named ?Ethan? was the one at the counter and he did not say a single prompt tolet me know that he understood my order. Because of that, I have no idea what kind of milk they put in my drink and I have a badreaction to dairy. Waste of my time and money Read more

I'm surprised by all of the bad reviews, the team here has always been so friendly, I always enjoy talking to them. They're... super quick, I usually don't have to wait long at this location, and when I do, it's not for very long. Definitely one of myfavourite locations in Vancouver, especially at UBC. Read more

I?ve never been this frustrated in a Starbucks. I ordered a blonde latte. They made me a vanilla blonde latte. I told them I... didn?t want the syrup. They said ?sorry we already added it. We?re so fast?. I asked ?is the blonde latte the same as vanillablonde latte?? They said ?no, but you order the vbl vanilla blonde latte?. And then they go on and said ?I know you want thesyrup, you just don?t want to pay?. I?m speechless. I told them I don?t want the drink anymore and ask them to refunded me. I?llavoid coming here again. Read more

staff has been super sweet but the drinks are inconsistent, definitely don't recommend coming during peak hours. Lately I've... been finding the iced tea lattes more watery and less milky than before, especially the matcha one. I asked for the strawberrycoconut drink once and there wasn't a lot of coconut milk, maybe just a small splash. If you do come here, I recommend orderingyour drinks hot for better taste. Read more

Just wanted to mention that the drip medium roast that I received tonight was lukewarm (so they can look at that issue in the... future). I had her add cream but it was colder than it should have been even with that. I got it free as part of a card withUnited Way so I just drank it, plus I had to line up for very long time and was in a bit of a hurry after getting it. She alsotried to take my card away thinking it was one time, but it's good for the whole month for unlimited coffee. She was obviouslybriefed on this card before because not only did they posted a sign out front, she also knew to precisely measure out a smallcoffee and not give a drop more... That would be fine if it hadn't been lukewarm. I had gone to the Starbucks on Agronomyaccidentally with the card the day before thinking they were part of the UBC food services deal (and learned that there areactually 4 Starbucks on campus, and that's the only one that's not part of UBC Food Services, oops) and even though they knew Iwas mistaken, the manager gave me a free coffee anyway and filled my giant cup even after I mentioned she didn't need to fillit! Plus no line up, everyone was so friendly, and the coffee was piping hot. Totally different experience. Anyhow, thebiggest thing is just to make sure the drip coffee is hot. I'll try again. Of course, I'm still grateful for the free coffeegift and their participation in the program. Read more
