I am a big fan of Starbucks cold brew, so I stoped by this location many times in the past 2 weeks. The staff are good and... friendly but the coffee, specially the cold brew is the the most inconsistent coffee I have ever tried. Every day the taste isdifferent ????so it makes me sad to say that I have stopped drinking cold brew all together because of this experience. Read more

I?m posting on behalf of a friend?s recent experience. I tried to leave a voicemail so this did not have to be a public posting,... but there is no voicemail service set up and no one answered the phone. Today my friend, a UBC student with a visibledisability (she uses a cane) was experiencing chronic pain, as she usually does, but was on the threshold after having to walkacross campus. She was visibly shaking and needed to sit and rest, and thought a warm beverage would help. She sat at a tablethat was close enough to maintain her spot in line, and immediately an employee told her the seats were for paying patrons andemployees only. She explained that she was sitting while waiting in line and that she has a disability and held up her cane. Theemployees insisted she stand in line. No one, not one person, stood up for her or had an ounce of empathy and people avertedtheir gaze. Please respond with how your company will provide training and policy updates - and do not try to pass this off as acovid safety regulation. This was an arbitrary enforcement. Read more
Idk her name but avoid the girl with blue hair, always in a rush and is quite rude towards her staff and customers she serves.... There?s also a new manager who is super cheery and seems to bring up store moral when he?s there which is great ! I?ve stoppedcoming in other than mornings cuz this location gets very busy with all the students in the afternoon and evening. The staff areall well trained though, they send out drink after drink all looking pretty picture perfect which doesn?t always happen at otherlocations. Overall a pretty decent location ! Read more
Consistent Starbucks experience. Outdoor tables available, but not inside.
Its a Starbucks, so their food/drink are standard fare. The staff here are generally other university students, but they have... always been very good. I'm extremely happy they do mobile ordering so I can order my coffee while on the bus and just grab andgo! Read more
