Didn't even care that they got my order wrong
I asked for a drink, didn?t get to specify hot or cold because the barista is new here and ran over to ask something, when I got... it iced I asked politely that I wanted a hot drink. The lady asked me if I explicitly told her because it?s my job to ask herand my fault that I didn?t get to ask. They did end up making another one with mildly rude body gestures but that was fine,until I took a sip and it didn?t even have syrup in it it?s not sweet at all. If I could give zero star, I would definitely do that! The rudest staff I've ever seen... I paid for my order and there was a... problem with the payment processing which I didn't realize at first but when I was about to try again, the staff there gave me adirty look and in a super disappropriate manner asked me loudly to pay... The store was 25 minutes late on opening today! And, after they finally opened the staff didn't feel like the need to explain... the reason behind it nor apologized about it. They acted like it's all good. When I placed my order the cashier didn't evenoffer a discount or anything. For such a big corporation this location has definitely the worst staff. The customer shouldn't beglared at for wanting to come in to the store during bussiness hours to place an order while they are running late. Read more
