The barista who was manning the cashier desk on Sun, Sept 18 at 3 pm was extremely rude. When I requested a short coffee in a... tall cup, she looked at me with disgust and yelled yeah ok whatever. Despite that, they gave me my coffee in a short cup. Theyalso messed up my name (they call me Ali) which I find very offensive. Also the coffee had way too much cream in it. I went to this particular Starbucks early, 9 am, on a Saturday and it was not very busy so I grabbed a table easily. It's... surprisingly large and has lots of small two-person bistro-style pedestal tables. My server was very happy, polite and quicklyfilled my order of two Chai teas and I even came back for refiles and she remembered my order, awesome! I made a trip thebathroom while I was there and they were spotless, so nice. I would recommend that you go early because I popped in later thatday, 4 pm, and it was really hard to get a table and the overall cleanliness was not great, not the worst, but not great. It'snormal for Starbucks, unfortunately, to enjoy a gourmet drink in someone's crumbs and sticky coffee rings, but that's alsopartly the customers responsibility to not be a pig. Read more

The BEST Starbucks in the world. No exaggeration, the food & coffee are always good, fast and fresh, but most of all, the staff... are unbelievably amazing. So responsive & friendly, they know you before you walk in the door. They know what you want and theyactually care!! Ali is my favorite, she's so hardworking but always in a great mood and always brightens my day. just as anexample: I had to grab a call one day and left my food & coffee on the counter. 5 min later I came back, they had already takenit down to my office for me!!!
