Please do not go to this Starbucks in Kerrisdale. I have been going to this Kerrisdale Starbucks two weeks in a row. First time... it was so slow that I had to cancel the order. Second time I ordered a hot Irish cream Americano and was given a cold icedcoffee instead. I said I did not order this. They tried to correct it, and my Irish cream Americano was given to me withoutsteamed milk, milk foam, as well as cocoa powder. Read more
Great store to study, lots of plugs to charge computers and good atmosphere. But the highlight is Graham, he's awesome so... friendly and kind! He made us great drinks and was so nice! Will definitely make it my regular study café. Read more
This Starbucks has a westside vibe, whether it?s the customers wearing designer clothes, Gucci shoes, Ferraris parked out front,... or the Faubourg Paris cafe across the street. Tables outside for people watching, reminds me of Paris. Staff are young, friendlyand down to earth. Read more
Update November 2021: This store has undergone a renovation and now has a contemporary look (and cleaner). Therefore, rating has... been adjusted to 4 stars. ----- Cozy, larger than average size store with a steady stream of customers. Offers the products andservice that customers come to expect of this popular chain, including a Clover machine. Fireplace, outdoor seating and largepatio windows (opened in good weather). Parking is by street meter and nearby lots and residential street spots. 2020 Note: attimes this location is not kept clean including the washrooms (therefore 3 stars). Read more
I wanted to love this location but it wasn't meant to be. Firstly, this store needs an updated look. Oddly enough the ceiling... tiles are warped and some of them are lifted on the corners which makes for an overall strange aesthetic. Much of thefurnishings are worn such as the edges of tables, the table legs, wooden trim around the fireplace, the leather chairs and sofaall look dated. Outside the grounds are littered with cigarette butts despite having no smoking signs on each table. Seemspeople don't care, so don't be surprised if you get exposure to smoke while outside. I had retreat to my car as it happened tome. On the bright side they offer plenty of seating, washrooms, handicap accessibility in a large space. Also a friendly staffwhich made a good beverage. Went in today for the holiday special reusable cup. Good staff and saw the care for each other and customer.
