No foam on the macchiatos, and couldn't taste the caramel until the end because it was all at the bottom. I mean I don't expect... a perfect coffee experience from a chain like Starbucks everytime but when you pay a certain amount for a "hand crafted drink"you hope it's at least a little enjoyable. The quit serving me white choc mocha and the drink I do order isn?t mixed well enough. Being singled out is fun.
The staff here are absolutely amazing. Their problem solving is un matched. I sat here waiting for a family member, I noticed so... many great things. The presenter was so kind to everyone, using their names to make it a special experience. He greeted everyoneand reassured them their drinks were on the way. I saw him handle an angry guest, the staff kept their cool and quickly diffusedthe situation, offering a solution! Whoever is managing this store should be very proud of their team!! Read more
A standard Starbucks with decent sandwiches for lunch. The chicken caprese sandwich was not bad. Service was good here.
Super busy location!! I strongly suggest mobile ordering or you could wait up to 20 minutes. Huge staff turn over so there... always seems to be at least one newbie every month. Taste your drink before you walk away - several time my order has beenincorrect. On the flip side, they are wonderful supporters of Children's Hospital!! Read more
The busiest Starbucks and according to some sources the highest revenue generating Starbucks in the region. Understandably so.... But also some of the nicest staff and baristas especially considering how busy they are. If you do mobile order give them acouple more minutes than the pickup time. Read more
