I do not recommend this place for Starbucks. First time here, not sure if the girl is new or not but asked for coffee prior to a... double shift today. Stated couldn't make change therefore unable to offer coffee. First time at a Starbucks in over 15 yearswhere I have had this problem. Not only did I take a ride there for the coffee but then to pay for another ride to go to workwhen they could not offer their services. If you have cash, this is not the place to go, many other Starbucks with exceptionalservices and staff. Need older and better staff that have experience in customer service. Read more
I always order matcha green tea latte with soy milk no sugar .But now it was terrible it just taste soy milk just maybe a pinch... of matcha.I pay extra scoop of powder on tall size but it didnt even taste matcha! it happens all the time from the new crewsterrible service!I dont mind paying expensive drinks from starbucks if they do good in your order.If I wasn't late at work Ireally go complain for this personally! Staff are nice but super inefficient. So many movements from so many people that translate to not much product moving. In fact... at the time of writing this, one lady is making 4 backed up drinks while the others mozy about instead of catching up on ordersand doing their tasks after. They usually are really good but they messed up my order completely! I asked for a matcha green tea frapp with 1 pump of syrup... and No whipped cream because I?m on a diet? and they didn?t even bother to follow the instructions and added the usual 3 pumpssyrup and whipped cream. Read more
Best Starbucks to pick up my morning coffee and warmed up chocolate croissant. The customer service here is excellent. Long... queue at times but efficient service. I didn't wait long to get my order. I always like my drink extra hot so I don't do mobileorders. Read more
