This is my second time at this location and I?m leaving this review after my second visit and experiencing the same... problems. As someone that has a visible disability and walk with arm crutches, I asked if I could have my coffee brought to meat the table. The young man at the cash said they don?t do that and I had to go to the handoff. As a previous partner withStarbucks for several years, I am knowledgeable with the accommodations that should be applied for someone with a disability.The staff at this location need training and empathy in dealing with customers with disabilities. Furthermore, the tables inthe cafe are extremely dirty and have not been bussed for some time. The two stars is for my drink. Unfortunately, in the cupit was only 2/3 full. As a customer who is paying the increased costs of the beverages and cafe items, it would be nice to seeit reflected to have a full cup of coffee, a clean location, and staff that are friendly and helpful. I usually order the same drink each time, hot or cold and only sometimes is it not right. I usually tell them its wrong and I"ll... get a new one, but it sucks to take that first sip expecting what you normally have and are disappointed as its made incorrectly. Read more
Been going there for years, staff are generally pretty good. Since the pandemic I rarely if ever get what I ordered. I... repeatedly correct them to the point of being frustrated and rude and they still mess it up the next time. Staff wearing BLMshirts is insulting at best. Read more
Really friendly employees. Regularly order here but my recent drinks were not up to standard. Last time, i ordered the dragon... fruit drink and it wasn?t sweet enough. I ordered the same thing today, same customization but this time it is too sweet. Itsucks that they they have consistency with their drinks so we can customize it better! Read more
Asked for Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, Light Ice, which is something I always order. At first Barista gave me my drink with... extra ice so asked if I could get with less She quickly grabbed drink like she was annoyed, dumped out. Then she remade. When Igot home and looked it was half filled up and tasted horrible. Had a dark color to drink and brown sludge on bottom of drink.Horrible location. Avoid if possible. Read more
Good coffee...Good staff... It?s is one of my favorite spot to hang out with my friend and family. Staff is really nice all... time. Has outside seating and free parking in the town center. I seen they following strictly all kind of safety protocolsduring this time. Mask is mandatory to entering in to outlet, if u don?t have it they will give you. Read more

I perhaps recommend the management should hire more staff. Ifnot may be cutting budget. The price compared last year already getting higher and Higher.
