Changed my 5 star review to a 1 star because of my terrible experience with the drive thru today. My office is just west of... this Starbucks, I drive along Evans Avenue. Drivers coming from Terminal turning left on Begg into the Starbucks would not letme merge into the drive thru yelling at me to instead drive to the back of the line along Terminal Avenue by the bridge. I wasmaking a right hand turn on Begg into the drive thru and I couldn?t because cars cut me off and leaned on their horns! It?slike the Wild West. Starbucks should post a traffic sign telling drivers from each direction to merge into drive thru. Thereis no left hand turn rule, first come first served. This incident could have easily escalated to road rage, just over a coffee. Everyone had their cellphones out recording what was going to happen next. Note: Staff have been aware of this issue for awhile now but have done nothing. Staff point the finger at the city because the street is not their property. I give theignorant drivers a thumbs down and Starbucks one star for letting this go on for so long 10+ years. Read more
That?s how much ice they put in their caramel macchiato! So it?s basically whipped cream, shot of espresso and 3 sips of... milk! I?m just giving 3 stars because I go to this Starbucks at least once a week! Sometimes 2 or 3 times a week and I neverhad any problem. But this coffee pissed me off! I would give 0 stars for this particular coffee. It?s the first time I?ve triedit and I will never do it again! Unless you ask them to go easy (veeeery easy) on ice, this coffee is a waste of money!
