I?ve been buying coffees from this store almost everyday, and I?m constantly disappointed with how the milk is burned (too... frothy) and with how long it takes to have it made. I also ask for a warm coffee and it?s constantly made too hot. You?resupposed to save time by using the app, but my order was again 10mins late today. Read more
I get the most basic order - Tea with cream and sugar yet for some reason 9/10 times there?s no cream or sugar. I don?t get it.... I have this problem at the River District location AND the Station Square location. This is why I don?t mobile order anymore. Ihave to order at the counter and I ask for sugar packets to put in myself so I know it?s done and it?s done right. Read more
Worst customer service. They skipped my drinks and made the drinks for other customers behind me. I remind them, but they didn't... rush my order. They made my drinks in the back of the order line. Definitely needs more training, and I will send an email toStarbucks. Read more

There's finally a coffee shop in the River District. It's beautifully decorated and feels really homey. It's going to take no... time before the students come in to take every seat. There's also a nice outdoor area to hang out in as well. Read more
