I want to preface this by saying I am a barista. I have been for years. This location's staff is rude, do not comply with food... and safety (one girl was wearing multiple bracelets -breeding ground for bacteria- and I noticed that when one went betweentouching a customers cup she did not wash her hands before moving onto the next drink- starbucks standard calls for a handwashand baristas are not allowed to physically touch customer cups) as well as serving customers stale coffee- when the light on thecoffee urn blinks its been sitting for over 30 mins. They need training for this and basic drink building. Read more

Failed to give me the birthday discount. Said their scanners don't support it. Then double billed us for a coffee.

Barista doesn?t know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte, but I got one that was half... full, (because it was so light) and the other half was filled with whip cream. This is like throwing $5 into trash. Starbucksyou should retrain the staff in this store. Read more

Service is bad, took so long for order. Can?t seem to understand orders, and somehow finish the order in front of me first.... Worst experience I have ever had in any Starbucks in Vancouver. Do not recommend coming to this Starbucks. Read more
