Best service I've had at a subway, the new management is definitely improving this location.
I can admit, I am a subway connoisseur. I?ve been to virtually all of subways within around a 20km radius of my residence in... Kitsilano and I can say bar none that this subway does it best. Bobby, the owner and Karan, take ?sandwich artist? to a newlevel and should be given some sort of culinary award. The ingredients are always fresh, and the price hasn?t increased likesome others in Vancouver. It?s always clean and the service is quick and I cannot stress enough, the sandwiches just hitdifferent. I Had a previous review for this spot that was awful, as it was one of the worst experiences I had ever had with a... subway. There is still one girl there, younger, dark hair that if you see her just turn around. She doesn't know how to make asandwich and clearly management doesn't wanna teach her. However overall in the last couple months they have really changedcourse and are provided good service and quality consisting with what you expect from Subway. They also seem to allow the kindmusical homeless man who sleeps under their shelter to do so with minimal issue, which is really nice to see. Read more
The customer service and the food are amazing! They don?t skimp out on sandwich veggies and the ratio of dressing/sauce to... toppings is perfect. The staff are clearly well trained and actually care about customers, which is uncommon in the fast foodworld. Read more

Good, efficient service. Last few weeks they had a broken toaster, now a broken debit machine. Why 5 stars? Employees handle it... all in stride and still make sure you get what you need. Always very clean, too! You can tell they care. Read more
