It would be nice if you guys could change your hours. At least go to 11 or midnight you?re the only subway around that really... closes so early. Also could you tell the workers to please stop throwing away the white piece of paper that goes under thesandwich as their making it. it?s supposed to be wrapped up with the sandwich to protect the sandwich from falling apart. Whenit is only wrapped with the outer subway wrapping it falls apart it needs the white piece to stop the sauces from making thesandwich fall apart. So many times I bought my sandwich from there and when I got home the sauce had got through the wrappingand it fell apart. Read more
Decent location but twice been the only person in the location and had two wait for 4-6 sandwiches for online orders without... explanation or any proper greeting from the guy working, if you want to prioritize door dash over people standing in your storeyour customers don?t feel very appreciated. Horrible service... was out of white cheese... asked for shredded cheese give me teeny tiny bit after at the checkout ask them... to make two of my sandwiches combo end up making one of them combo when I ask them to fix it to deny that.... these workersneeds to learn how to speak how to understand English bedtime I'm here to visit Vancouver and this is a horrible horriblehorrible service please keep yourself away from this location for sure they have no idea what the hell they're doing I've beenfor an onion they give me to kiss up on you like I don't know what to say anymore Read more

Well it?s Subway, of course it?s good! I came here a couple of times for a quick meal as it?s easy and cheap, also right across... from the atrium so it?s the most convenient for me! The staff is always nice to me and although I had trouble sometimescommunicating, their service wasn?t lacking. The place is too small, not many areas to sit and enjoy food but it?s manageable. Iwould recommend changing the layout of the store however, it looks a little messy and dirty. Read more
Been to this location on two separate occasions and both times were almost equally as bad. The first time I went in there the... veggies and meats looked so bad that part way through them preparing my sandwich I actually faked a phone call and pretended Ihad to leave immediately canceling the order. I went back a second time months later thinking that they may have just had an offday on my first visit, unfortunately that wasn't the case. This time I was in a rush and needed to get something to eat before Iwent to work so I ignored the sad looking ingredients behind the glass and let him make my sandwich. The end result was barelyedible. Bread tasted like cardboard, bacon tasted like a dirty pig, the tomatoes were runnier than ketchup, and the lettuce wassoggy... I threw the sandwich out after a couple bites and vowed to never return to this location. Read more
