Griller is only for wraps. I always do grill than toast and app has that option for all subways. They don't have shredded... cheese, which is there in all the subways.. I always give full stars to all the subways. First subway, I'm lowering ratingbecause of their own set of rules. Read more

I order online for pickup but when i reach there he just start my sandwich . he prepare my sandwich front of me even i told him... thats my order ! I am Very disappointed ?? he made very bad sandwich i ask him for extra siracha dressing and he said its 0.25$extra same-thing with bag charging 0.25$ its takeout order comes with bag they already charge online . They overcharged me for 2x scoops when I asked for 1, total is usually $12.31 and it was over $15. Lady also made my sandwich... incorrectly 3 times and I had to guide her, and proceeded to give me sass when I asked about a local worker discount (as most ofthe stores in the area do), and when I asked about the incorrect charge. Quite obvious it's cheap owners who run this place. Lettuce was brown and the worker had crocodile arms while putting on the... veggies. Last time I checked its unlimited. Also 1 napkin...ya won't come here again. Read more

Never felt so disgusted!!!! I?m a frequent patron at this location and have been very satisfied with their service, until... now. I visited this location on Sunday March 21, 2022 at round 6pm and was serviced by a middle age asian male. I ordered afoot long sandwich from him but because the meat ran out, he went to the back and grab a bag of meat from the freezer. As I sawhim about to prep my food using the same gloves that he used to open the freezer door, I politely requested him to change into anew gloves. He did change it and proceeded to put the remaining meat and cheese on my sandwich. However, while waiting for thebread to be toasted, he suddenly removed his mask with the same gloves he just changed. Instead of putting another mask, hedecided to serve us without a mask on. I felt so disgusted when I saw his saliva splashing across the sandwich and vegetablewhile asking me what toppings to add. I walked away immediately after he responded me with an attitude when I confronted himabout his mask. I?m very sure that he deliberately removed his mask to serve us after I requested him to change his gloves. Hisaction is really disgrace to the company especially during this pandemic situation where hygiene is ought to be the toppriority. I don?t think I will ever visit this location again and I recommend you guys not to visit them either unless u wantadditional ?flavor? on your food. ???? Read more

I?m a frequent at Subway chain, and this is one of the worst experience by far. I ordered a takeout through Subway app. When... the time was up I walked towards the store. When I entered, I saw no one in the store - no customer nor staff. I walked towardsto the express pickup plaque and said ?Pickup?, and a male came out from behind the wall with no greeting, no smile, and noteven looking at me - just standing there staring at a certain angle. I then said, ?It?s for Robert.? He then handed me a bag onthe front counter, and I left the store. He did not say any word the whole time. As I walked home I peeked into my bag. To mysurprise, I could literally see my sandwich as the attached first photo. When I arrived home and opened the wrapping, I saw thesandwich sitting half-open, as if the staff didn?t make any effort trying to close the bread - as the attached second photo.Anyhow it?s just a bad CS experience as well as lousy food preparation. Two stars are for the food - just standard Subwayquality. Service and presentation - zero star. I will not return to this specific Subway joint, and I share my experience foryour reference when choosing your next meal. Read more
