Every Friday after my shopping I eat in subway superstore and I would like to say that no comment about food cause it's... delicious but my comment about customer service which is too bad and not friendly and even if I ask to cut my long sandwish andseparate alone make me feel bad cause the employer dont like extra work and the way she look at me and let me feel iam notwelcome cause I order that .. Worst Subway I have been to. Very slow customer service. The girl working there did not bother to change her gloves while making... sandwiches and taking cash orders. Very less toppings on the sandwich. The rule says to put 3 pieces of mostly all veggies,instead I just got two for all of them. Read more
This Superstore location is always out of ALOT of items such as basic salt, or flat bread. Gone here on 4 separate occasions and... they never ever have either salt or flat bread in stock. Time of day varies from 2pm to 8pm. Very badly managed and stockedlocation. Do not recommend Read more
This is one of the worst subways i have ever been to and I have lived in 3 different countries. For a sandwich that is made bye... a person who's job title is sandwich artist and the food that was sold to me from this restaurant more closely resembledsomething my 5 year old nephew could have made. All of this wouldn't be a problem apart from the fact that not once but for thepast 3 times I have visited this store after buying groceries for a quick and convenient meal and every time the staff haveshown that it is more of an effort for them to put 10c worth of lettuce my sandwich or spread my toppings out than it is forthem to stand ildy bye on there phones. UNHYGIENIC and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I hope i can give zero. The worst service ive ever had. I always have gooD thing to say... about Subway but today I changed my mind. The lady has no customer servIce at all. Also, not hygeinic. She useD her hands withgloves going around touching everything and closing the doors at the back which I saw last and touched my Food after. I couldnTstop but mentioned That to her and she said, she did changed her gloves. But i insisted as i was 100% sure that she didnt..soshe changed her glovrs and removed the lettuce from my bread that she touched with her dirty gloves and i was looking at herthinking like seriously, then thanks God she replaced it all but banging the oven door and was mad..
