Disappointed went in today & began to place my order. When asked if u wanted my sandwich toasted - I replied "yes - for half the... time" (knowing it would be about 17secinds) The worker put my sandwich in for the full time (35seconds) & wasn't payingattention- she was too busy reading messages on her watch. When I pointed out to her that I asked for half the time she walkedto the oven & took the sandwich out & said here. I said that isn't walhat I had asked for. She did not offer to make a newone, so I left. Very disappointed. I have never had this issue. Read more
I went in this subway today with my boyfriend when the girl at the counter wasn?t very cheerful and had a attitude with us and... she was very slow making the sandwiches and when we were ready to pay she was making the other customers sandwich before takingour payment. Read more
I ordered dinner for me and my son through the app (like I have always done back home) as we are staying in children's hospital.... My sub missing the sauce, wasn't toasted and no spinach. My son got only 3 tomatoes on his. We both got footlongs. Will orderfrom a different store next time. Read more
Unhygienic, unprofessional and racist. Saw them asking a old customer to pay before preparing the sub and another customer was... greeted with all smiles and paid special attention. Looking at it rest of us just walked out of that place. The older lady,probably the store manager throws things around and kind off dictates rules to customers and employees. Read more
I've tried using this restaurant, but unfortunately they have been claiming the washroom is out of order for well over a year... now. Its unhygienic. And I can't wash my hands. Today the bread was stale. I don't know about that location. Maybe staff ormanager problems at that particular location. Read more
Wednesday March 18 5:27pm, best subway experience I have ever had. Sandwich artist was actually a artist. I did not get the... employees name but she makes one hell of a sandwich. Hopefully the time and date noted above helps the owner in identifying whothe employee was and rewarding her for the excellent service. You have earned a steady customer in me for life. It?s just like another subway. Good quick subs. What was special for us that after our visit we realized we forgot something at... this outlet. Unfortunately it was a minute after closing time and we were hoping someone picked up our call. Eventually shepicked up and returned our item by waiting for us even after her work hours. Extremely rude staff, and they have a perfectly good washroom that they placed a fake out of order sign on. They'll only open it... for you if you're nice. They did for me but not for others. Pretty rude. Also the sandwich smelled funny and the quality ispretty bad. Only subway I've been to in a while I won't return too. Read more
