After I consumed ur lumpy soup and sat in ur very dirty store I came home to feel sick and yucky. Ur store was uninviting it had... dirty tables no one had swept the flrs. And the fact u left my soup sitting on the ledge for 10 mins was unacceptable while u inthe back chatting away. Worst service ever. Read more

I was good as usual. He only drawback was they were out of desserts but it was three in the morning. Can't really blame them

Management changed and it seems to have improved greatly. Staff are friendly and attentive. 4/5 stars for a subway. I'd rate it... higher if they fixed the bathroom. Read more

Well there is a change in staff which was a great change over not to long ago. Well sitting there witnessed the person behind... the counter deny 3 people drinks before turning it on for the 4th. 100% profiling people an if not to there standards givingshotty if any service what so ever. Well the owners of this location are obviously aware of as both of them where there at thetime blocking off half the seating area leaving 2 tables. So if you want to pick up and go ias long as you don't look like youcome from work you should be fine. Food is actually improved veg is cold bread is fresh as is to be expected. Hardly averagethere is better fast food with in walking distance. Read more

Had a sub a couple cookies and a fountain drink and the sub was perfect. And the oatmeal raisin cookies are the best ive found... in Van so not a bad meal by far. Ill eat there again. Read more

Decided to give this location a second try after a disappointing first visit a few weeks ago. I was hoping for a change but... unfortunately dealt with the same issues. Basically an inedible sandwich, and complete waste of money. Couldn't take more than abite?. Old ingredients, literally expired lettuce that?s clearly brown all over. Ranch also tasted like it went bad. Read more

Terrible service. I ordered a mobile order for pick up, went home and realized that they made my sub wrong. I called several... times but the lady didn?t pick up the phone. She finally picked up the phone after the 6th try and we told her that she screwedup the order and to make the sandwich again. She hung up on us. When we walked in, she completely ignored us. Just plain rude,nasty attitude when she made us the new sub (she made the sandwich so poorly also...) She demanded the old wrong sub be handedto her as well after being told we could keep it. Bad experience. She made us upset, way to go subway. Don?t go to this subway,the customer service is poor and they will screw up your order and say that it?s your fault when you have the online receipt. Read more
