I don't think I've ever spent this long in a subway to be served. mind you there only seemed to be a single employee here and... he was bombarded by a group of 4, group of 2, followed by 2 singles (one being a pickup order that the customer decided tochange a bunch of the order as she walked in - jumping the line of people that had been waiting for 20 min already) bringing mywait time to shy of 40 min. it was 9pm at night so leaving to go elsewhere with things closing made little sense. this is nofault of the guy behind the counter.... as far as the management is concerned- why would you leave someone by themselves? notonly does it lead to customers with VERY long wait times but I'm willing to bet its incredibly frustrating for the single guytrying to make it all work. Did a big reno a few weeks back.. Looks really good here now.. Paul and his teem of friendly staff are looking even better then... ever! Has always been, but Super clean now as a food place should be! I really appreciate that! These guys always go out ofthere way to make me feel good give me great value for my patronage! Staff was friendly and fast. The place is narrow but it has good view.
Just visited 20min ago. Staff is very kind, fast and helpful. Really liked the way they treated us. Also our food was delicious.
