Worst Subway ever. Tried going there last night/early morning after work. As me and my friend entered, the man working who... wasn?t pleasant at all, informed us that they were closed at the moment. If this was the case, why wasn?t the front door locked?Not a nice person, closed even though it is suppose to be open 24 hours, and left with no food. I wish i could give zero stars to this store ! I was here June 10th at 12:23am. The front worker was too rude, was using device... in another hand while making sandwich, he was just throwing veggies on one side rudely like he jst hate his job. When i askedhim why u doing that he used abusive languague with me & told to leave the store. He refused to give me his name. I hope theowner will look into this as i mentioned date & time. Read more
My partner got attacked by the employee working the counter last night. Friends were waiting in the line to get food and my... partner just asked if he can use the bathroom. With no warning the employee grabbed him and pushed him against wall and afterthat threw him on the floor. Please be careful and stay away from this place. Usually this place is fine and most of the staff are nice, but tonight, at 11:15pm, I had a truly bad experience. Ordered two... subs and the sandwich artist pulled out three subs. I ordered one chicken teriyaki on herbs and cheese and a cold cut on white.He preceded to grab two white loafs and a herb and cheese loaf, then put the chicken on a white loaf. This is when I questionedwhy he had three loafs and tried to correct the mistake. He insisted that I ordered three and kept going. After a bit, hefinally preceded to scrape off the uncooked chicken off the white bread and put it back in the bread warmed. At that point Icanceled my order and walked off, where he then said 'it's not my fault for your mistake' Just really poorly handled customerservice regardless of who made the initial mistake. Easily the worst Subway location I've ever been to. Came here on Canada Day and there was one person working. By himself. With... nowhere else open nearby. He had a lineup of no less than 4 people at any given time and was constantly trying to fillphone-in/delivery orders at the same time. This store is horribly managed and you should not come here if you expect anythingless than a 30 minute wait for a sandwich. All of the people in the photo have been waiting at least 20 minutes for a sandwichcompletely unacknowledged while delivery orders are being filled. Read more
Today, when I was in the Davie Street area I wanted to eat something fast. But my favourite pizza store was closed and I didn?t... have appetite for a burger. So I ended up at Subway beside ?Numbers? between Thurlow and Burrard Street. The place was clean. Iordered a Chicken & Bacon Ranch sandwich in an Italian Herbs bun. The service was fast and friendly. The veggies appeared to befresh. The sandwich tasted good. I enjoyed the quick meal. Read more
So, this happened thrice. I ordered veggie patty grilled n toasted but it was not grilled i was a regular customer so i just... ignored it. Then i order it for my sister it happened again we were in a rush so ignored again. Today i order it n this wasworst. Not grilled not hot. Looked like old bread used. Common man we pay for that we r not getting it for free we expect somequality. Read more
