Owner is very cheap and instructs his staff to be very skimpy with the toppings. Have to ask several times for them to put on a... decent amount of each toppings. Really sad. Read more
This place is the worst! First off I was never acknowledged when I came in, then I had to wait 10 mins to even get my order with... only 1 person ahead of me. They toasted my bread and it was a bit burnt and then they only gave me about 3 pieces of eachvegetable and when I asked for more they gave me 1 more piece. And someone asked what was in the Green Goddess dressing forallergy reasons and NON of them knew what it was. The cooler was almost empty, there were no cookies AT ALL and my fountain sodatasted like it was days old. The worst part was that I was charged for a 12" combo and didn't notice right away and then paidfor it and when I looked at the bill the person working there said "omg why didn't you tell me before I charged you" like it wasmy fault! All of the tables were dirty and nobody was doing anything they were just standing around talking. I will NEVER goback there again! Read more

Ordered dinner for my family from this location yesterday. I had requested extra veggies on both sandwiches through the online... app. I ordered a smashed avocado steak sandwich and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Both looked smaller than usual and hadminimal veggies. The steak sandwich was missing avocado. Thoroughly disappointed with the quality of service and attention todetail at this location. Read more
Two of the worst subs I have ever had. I have eaten at subway from time to time at many locations in BC, usually it is on par... with what you'd expect, but, this location at Olympic Village is by far the most appalling food I have ever had. 6 inch steakand cheese - a month ago I ordered on a delivery service, the sub was cold, (it was supposed to be toasted) the bread wasactually powdery and hard (STALE) they obviously use their stale bread for toasted subs. There was a small pile of meat in themiddle of the bun, about a tablespoon, barely enough for a bite. I wrote it off to they were busy, and let it go. Tonight, Iwent to give them a second chance, it's almost as though I had the same sandwich as deja vu. The bread was hard and chewy,while my partners sub was not toasted and it was fine - not great he said, but not like mine. I measured the sub which lookedawfully small - it was 5 inches.
