Don?t usually review subways. But on Monday May 9th, 2022, The gentleman working made me a great well balanced sub. None of the... veggies were under given, none of the sauces over given. He made it quickly and efficiently. I?m used to very unbalanced andmessy veggie placing on subs, but this guy surprised me with his care and placing. Props to him! Been a few times to this location and always had the best sandwiches. The guy who was working tonight is one of the best... hospitality/customer service people I've ever dealt with. Seen him a few times, he makes the best Subway sandwiches every timeand he's just a friendly dude. (I'm sorry I didn't catch the name.) Read more

With not too many options if you are looking for a quick, filling bite, Subway still delivers. Their sandwiches are not... necessarily what you would consider high-end, their cold cuts are average in terms of flavour and texture, but prices areaccesible and therefore, a popular option. Recently, they are looking to compete vs other chains and now introduced a few itemsin the breakfast sandwiches segment. Subway's are actually not too bad considering the price. This particular location at KingEdward and Fraser has very friendly staff, keeping a positive attitude helps always, but specially in these circumstances. Read more

Terrible staff. Each staff has their own rules .There was promotion offer last month that you get 6inch free sub coupon when you... buy $25 gift card. I bought few gift cards and used the free coupons at this location. Today somehow she refused to honour thecoupon stating that I need to present gift card receipt with it. There is no such rules mentioned on the coupon itself. I alsoverified the rule by calling the issuing subway location (Marine and Fraser). Time was running out cuz expiry is 31 March. Afterlong argument and two visit I settled the dispute by showing my credit card statement. Rules should be the same for alllocations for all the staffs for all time. Read more

This is a terrible subway compared to others in terms of service and care. Already stating to us that not to ?cheat? with our... coupons, they also come in with only one employee serving 6 other people! Very understaffed, place looked dirty. Should bemanaged way better considering the other ones I?ve been to. Also their washroom was ?broken? at the time. Read more

Worst customer service experience. I eat every single day at subway. Buy I asked extra spinach in my salad I only eat vege... salad. Mr sukraj said he is not allowed to put extra spinach in my salad didn't expected this coming from an reputed saladchain. It was first time I ever left without eating. I was just at this Subway a few hours ago today. The main employee was so sweet, I see her often and she always makes me happy.... I always make sure to come to this Subway in particular because of her kindness. She's gone on vacation a few times and I'veheard so many customers welcome her back happily when she comes back to work. Don't let bad reviews deter you from going to thisplace. Some people are just cranky and overly high maintenance. I was so surprised to read the review by Swati, as I was therewhile she was being served and she was absolutely rude to the nice Indian lady for no reason whatsoever. She complained overbasically nothing and then came back to ask for the address. I had a feeling she was going to write something negative. I lovegoing for her service! She is always very sweet to me. Spread the positivity! Don't be negative like Swati. 10/10 recommend. Read more

This location punishes people with allergies. Subway tacks on an extra dollar per six inch for gluten free bread, which is fine.... The problem here is they wouldn't let me get a footlong and just pay for two breads. They said I have to order two six inches(and pay for the extra bread *2). So double the price. Other locations I've not had this problem at. I asked for the card tocontact the manager and they wouldn't give it to me... Also took them three tries to get my order right. I had to keep bringingit back to the front. Read more
