If there was 0 stars that?d be my selection relating to what I just experienced today. Horrible customer service here at the... Pacific Center Downtown Vancouver location(food court). We?ve been long time customers at various locations. Decided to comehere on a Tuesday. Disgusting ?Managers? behaviour. Ordered here today Tuesday September 6th 2022. These workers need retraining better yet LET GO. I?ve never had any issues with taco time until today. Do NOT support this location OR be preparedfor disappointment. Instead of making it right to fix their mistake, this specific front employee began calling out names andflipping us off. There were tons of people witnessing this taco time employees unacceptable behaviour. I will not be back andwill be mentioning this incident to others.I?ll rather spend my money elsewhere, where you get the bare minimum of respect/ whatyou paid for. Horrible service. They messed up my order and the manager was unbelievably rude. She told me infront of my son that I should be... grateful I'm getting anything at all because I'm black. Then she told me to F off. My child was left in tears. Never going toTaco Time again Read more

The food in not fresh.. Could be so much better if they care about quality, look at my ?fresh? guacamole

Disgusting, cold burritos. Rather just go to the Chipotle right outside the mall. The Crustos are nice though.
