Came with my wife and two kids and ate on the patio for the view. They sat is right next to the harbour so we could see. The... service was quick and good. Food was pretty decent. We made it for happy hour before 6pm so that saved us a bit. Waffle frieswere really good and they were nice and friendly to our kids. It's a kid friendly place. Like any other Tap and Barrel restaurant, the area is large, but this one is oddly split into three sections. One is outside and... two different indoor seating options. The one that offers the water view looks like a place for small parties and get togethersand doesn't have washrooms. You have to get to the other section for using washrooms. That section is bigger and has the openkitchen. Good selection of beers though. Visited on a Friday evening, it was not crowded but still it took time for the order tocome and the servers looked busy. Overall had better experience at other locations. But the views make up for it. Read more
Great location with a spacious outdoor area. The Tap & Barrel Convention Centre in Vancouver is a great spot as they’ve got... good views of the harbour. We found the staff attentive during our last visit and all drinks are reasonably priced. On top ofreasonably priced drinks, the Tap & Barrel had a diverse selection to choose from. I would recommend them and I look forward totrying out their food some day! Read more
I rate this particular location as 5 star majorly because of its huge outside patio. The view is amazing but just the sun in the... sky and all open space around you adds a different touch to your dinning experience. We were not able to taste too many itemson the menu except ???? and hummus with bread. Just those two things were very perfectly cooked and the desert was cherry ontop. We had a great evening with the view on the waterfront. Our waiter was very nice, he let us taste some of the beers before... ordering. We also got three free refils on the ice tea, without even asking. The food was delicious! Tip: Order the apple tartas dessert ???? Read more
Hands down best restaurant fish and chips ever! Light crispy batter, delicious crunchy coleslaw, fish was hot to the last bite.... Cannot recommend it enough, I cleared my plate! Bill's tortilla soup starter went down a treat. We shared sticky toffee puddingfor dessert as it sounded so yummy .... did not disappoint. Steph looked after us so well; attentive and friendly. Family friendly, great location by the water. As the name implies, lots of beer and wine options on tap. Food is decent, pizzas... are a winner. We had a great server and the hostess was amazing also. Smaller, more intimate sizes than the NShore Tap, a nicechange. We’ll be back! Read more
Had a wonderful experience here! Came during happy hour after a long day of shopping with a group of 4. The service was top tier... and fast. The food was well priced and delicious. Definitely recommend coming here- their truffle fries! Read more
