Absolutely delicious and fresh food with a very casual vibe! They don't have a lot of menu options, but the daily specials are... exciting culinary creations, and whatever else you choose is extremely fresh and flavourful! I feel like they season their foodin a way to showcase the freshness of their ingredients. The way they put the dishes together really allow the ingredients toshine (both visual and taste)! The tomato medley with mozzarella was a feast for your eyes and taste buds; the chickpea andwalnut crostini were creamy and intense, and the pasta dishes were as close to Italy as we could get here at home. I always getthe Ricotta Gnocchi, which has a rich and savory flavor that evokes the autumn season in the woods. This is a great neighborhoodgem for anyone who appreciates culinary innovations. I love the atmosphere; great for family-style dining, The server was a gem, but I couldn?t put five stars on the food; the... not-so-great pasta turned me off. The pasta is very average and tasteless. The taste is not for the price, which was soexpensive; it?s costly for the food quality. Also, the food came out so quickly that I?m convinced it?s pre-made and then heatedup? Anyway, the server was helpful and friendly. It's decent. Nothing spectacular. Read more
Absolutely delicious! Went here for my birthday dinner and got the cacio e pepe and I don?t remember what my friend got (I... *think* something with ground pork, fennel, and ricotta but I could be totally wrong haha) but both dishes were just so amazing!We always talk about the pasta from that night. The waiters were all very nice too. Only complaint would be we came during theend of fall when it was getting pretty cold and were seated on the patio with heating overhead that would periodically turn onand it felt like our foreheads were burning when it was on. Scrumptious Italian food in west Vancouver. Our group all got the pork ragú and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious... it was. Amazing food and friendly server. First friends meet up since covid started. The patio seating was decent and the food tasty and... good portions. Photos of the special slaw, veal chop with grilled broccolini and sticky date pudding. Great experience. We loved this Italian restaurant with a beautiful ambiance. It was our first time visiting it and we thoroughly enjoyed the... romantic vibe it offered. The food was flavourful especially their potato gnocchi with egg plants, olives, basil and tomatoesand "Cod" fish of the day from their daily specials. Chickpea crostinis were delicious as well. Our server was friendly andrecommended the perfect wines to pair with our food. I definitely recommend it. Read more
