Hate to give a place a bad rating, but unfortunately this place isn’t great. There’s a cover charge of $10 any time they... have a performer, and they’re not transparent about it, it isn’t stated on the website and they don’t tell you when youcall and make a reservation. They also autocharge an 18% gratuity and then still prompt the payment machine to tip, so everyoneat our table double tipped not realizing (machines don’t prompt a tip when there’s an auto gratuity where we’re from).I’m a big advocate for tipping, but to double tip is a lot, they should let people know when they bring the bill. The food wasalso very bland. Lastly, I know covid has hit the restaurant industry really hard so this one I say with empathy, but theservice was really really slow, it took about 30 mins to get our drinks after we ordered them. We ate at a ton of restaurantswhile we were visiting Vancouver, and sadly this was the most expensive meal for the least delicious food we ate all week. Read more

Amazing experience at the Hart. We were looking for a late night cocktail and happened upon this amazing venue. We were greeted... with such warmth from our amazing and ohhhh so talented Keaton. His customer service and love for making beautiful tastingcocktails needs to be recognized.
