Incredible rooftop patio and excellent customer service! The Keg Yaletown delivers quality from the reservation, all the way to... the final bill. We were guided professionally to the rooftop and the management team / servers were accommodating and friendly.Our server Kate was exceptional, as she had a great sense of humour, was always on the ball with our food / drink orders, andwent above and beyond. This was my first time to this Keg location. We had a company celebration dinner here. Our menu was a preset menu with a few... nice options for appetizers, mains and desserts. Service was very good with multiple servers helping us. Food tasted great. Ihad the steak and lobster for my main and cheesecake for dessert. I have been to multiple Keg locations and they are all prettyconsistent with service and food quality. Note this is a big restaurant and there are 3 floors. Back to basic : wonderful prime rib! Keg steakhouse is one of the most famous steakhouse and I totally agree with it. Their... sides are not that fancy but focusing on the steak and best combinations-potatoes, fried onions and grilled veggies. Well, theirsirloin was not impressive than Prime Rib, it was just normal. But you can definitely try their featured Prime Rib, it wasmelting in my mouth. Even the price is reasonable. Why don?t you go and try? Read more

Made dinner reservations for my birthday. When I arrived I was seated and the server was very attentive. My drinks did not go... empty for long, they polite and the food came quickly. I like the atmosphere and the food did not disappoint Summer months aregreat here. In addition to the lounge and indoor restaurant area, they open the ample outdoor patio seating. Fun tip, ask forthe cheese butter with your complimentary bread. It kicks up the flavour a notch. The twice baked potato is also very tasty.They also have a nice happy hour with drinks and appies. Friendly staff, tasty food & super clean premises. Loved the balcony & the overall experience. Our host Tess was quite... attentive & made sure we have a good time. The steak was cooked exactly as asked, loved the lobster tail & sides too. The place is very nice, I ate at the roof patio on December and they do have heaters all over, but still could be a bit cold.... Service was good, but food was not the best. As the name says it it is a steakhouse, but they do have vegan and vegetarianoptions (which is not surprising in Vancouver). I order an onion soup which was not very good, onion was still a bit raw... Anda prime rib which was good, but it could have been much better. Bread was very good as well as margarita. Read more

Another great experience at another Keg. Perfectly done steaks and consistent every time. I can confidently say the Keg does... it?s filets better than many higher end restaurants. Their sauce is really something. However, none of the appetizers or thedesserts were nearly as good as they used to be. Service and location were still great though.
