Doesn't matter the time of day, even late into the afternoon, expect minimum15-20 wait to order and receive your... food. Employees are friendly but very small location of workers considering the high volumes of students daily. Update: Thislocation doesn't participate with the mobile app or points. Read more

the speed of service is horrendous! I can get a second degree if all the time spent in line was invested in another UBC program... ? for a cash cow like this particular TH location, the fact that mostly one of the two tills is active and just one person isfulfilling orders is a business and logistics model that goes against every theory UBC teaches ? and this is a UBC business ????please fix the problem asap ? it?s been going on for too long! Follow up 5 months later ? end of September 2022: same hugedelays in serving people, place packed with frustrated customers waiting 30 mins to get a low quality meal ? UBC publicemployees mentality of bad organizing ? and a basic question for the UBC food services: how can you have 2 people takingorders and 1 person preparing it? have you ever heard of the ?bottleneck effect?? ?. 1/5 this time Read more

Service is slow... even in busy lunch hour there is only one person on the cooking station resulting in 15-20 minutes wait on... average. Does not accept Tims loyalty card. The burger quality can be better. Read more

Prior to this year, I thought this location was slow-moving and the staff tended to be unprofessional, but recently I've noticed... a big improvement in the service quality of most UBC food services locations. The past few times I've visited the staff has beenfriendly and very fast (maybe since they've got less crowds to deal with). Food quality is middle-of-the-road fast food as istypical of Tim's, but that being said it meets the standard and is affordable compared to other food options at UBC. Read more

I went to the Tim Hortons near closing time, waited 20 minutes to finally order, wanting a chipotle chicken wrap combo. They... told me theres no chicken wrap and only B.L.T... okay... They dont have any wedges,okay... I got a donut instead. When I got myfood, the BLT looked nothing like expected, the staff told me they are out of lettuce and refused to give me anything else, finally ignoring me. This was on April 3rd,2018 19:39. Read more
