Timmy's is always good. Some locations are slow. But the food and coffee is always great. 30 years ago they use to have whole... cakes you could buy by the slice. I miss the chocolate glaze whipped cream filled. They had pictures of donuts on their signs. Read more
I just don't understand how Tim Hortons has survived as long as they have. I will admit, I am not a Timmy's guy to start with... but come on, when you don't frequent a place very often and each time, even at different locations they get a simple orderwrong, I find myself going elsewhere. Tim's always good, but staff seems to be lost in their world.
Needed a box of hot chocolate for kids' soccer game in a hurry. Despite the fact that the store was super busy, the staff filled... my order quickly, courteously and efficiently. In terms of quality of service, this little store blows all of the otherfull-size Tim Hortons restaurants I've been to out of the water. I'm really impressed.
