Loved their Maple Pecan donuts, repeat order
There?s maybe 3 competent workers in the whole store & the only ever have one working at a time ???? Between the bad tones,... missing items and long wait times for a coffee and muffin this is hands down one of the worst run Tim Hortons I?ve seen. No onecommunicates to each other unless they?re gossiping. I stood there waiting for a mobile order (as I was the only one there atthe time) for about 7 minutes. proceeded to watch her make it & set it down by the toaster and walk past me to write in books.Eventually I spoke up for the second time to get my items. Check your Iced capp drink! Ours had fruit flies in it and for a Monday just before noon, there were barely any clean tables to... sit at. Disappointed- when asked to speak to manager , staff said there wasn?t one. Read more
People are nice but slow. I have never waited so long for fast food. The closest would be the same place the last time I came.... Parking does not exist. If you park across at safeway you will get a $85 ticket from Dimond parking. Read more
I usually made my orders by the mobile app before coming, so I did not need to wait when I arrived at the store. I usually could... get what I had ordered, and if I bought something that was out of stock, they would give me something similar or even better.The shop environment is decent too, if you choose to dine in, especially the seat near the electric fireplace. Not many Tim Hortons places can make good Roasted Hazelnut cold crew. The lady here made it was so good more than I expected.... She also gave me a latte one because I waited a little long . Recommend this location for good coffee Read more
Made an order online here. Unfortunately half my order was missing. I called in to let them know the items that were missing.... The staff were thorough in confirming my order, in the end they did allow me to come in and pick up the items that were missing. Read more
This was a standard experience. I don?t understand how they function at Tim Hortons anywhere. They need to learn from McDonald?s... where there are cashiers, coffee makers and food handlers. Took about 10 mins just to talk to a cashier and I was next inline. They need to be more organized for a place that wasn?t busy at all. Other then that everything was alright. Read more
