Ordered a cream of broccoli soup and a grilled cheese. They made me a turkey sandwich and broccoli soup. When I told them I... ordered a grilled cheese sandwich the cashier said I ordered a turkey sandwich. I told her no, I ordered a grilled cheese. Shewent on and told all the workers I ordered a turkey sandwich and told me NOT TO DO THIS AGAIN PLEASE. (Do what? This is my firsttime at this tim Horton a and I just wanted a grilled cheese) Didn?t appreciate the fact that the cashier made the mistake andtry to blame me in front of all of her coworkers, then start to speak a different language when she saw I was still standing bythe counter. They were all yelling at each other. I felt uncomfortable, all other patroon were staring. I was asked again whati ordered by a different worker, I repeated Grilled cheese. They made it I left. I ordered from here through the Tim Hortons app. The wrong items were delivered and I rang to have it corrected. The lady on the... phone was extremely rude, began shouting at me and then hung up. I have not received a refund or a replacement. They arecurrently not answering my calls Read more
Always short staffed everytime i come here, long lineups, the staff can be kind of rude,and while I wait in line, I always... overhear the customers politely asking what they want and the staff seems to not care or really acknowledge what the customerwants or after pay. One elderly lady wanted a bottle of water, and the staff couldn't hear well, and was about give her a cup ofwater, elderly lady corrected her three times, assiciate finds out they didn't have any bottled water on the floor, theassociate went to go to the back had to get a couple of bottles, and set one out of reach on the high glass counter by the cashwrap, the second in the beverage display, the elderly lady had trouble grabbing it as it was high up and not close to the edge,and she asked if she could have it closer for her to grab, the associate did not listen with their back turned. Very displeased with the cashier's approach to interacting with customers, it's bad enough she couldn't follow basic... instructions, but then to start talking to her coworkers in another language infront of me and start laughing, like it's all agame to them. I know at least 5 people that are looking for work that would take this job more seriously. Since I've beensitting here for about 10 minutes I've noticed they treat 2 out of the 3 next customers in the same demeanor. I don't need to bebilingual to read body language, tone of voice and someone's demeanor. Customer service is a staple in the food industry and ifit's it not being met then it should be corrected. I've come here several times during a work break and it is consistently the most unhygienic, rude, unfriendly Tim Hortons I've... ever been to. You can walk in and the restaurant will be empty and there will be two people sitting on the ground or on counterstalking to each other, listening to a Bluetooth speaker on blast and ignoring me while I say "hi can I please order?" I've hadto ask them to wash their hands first because I watched one cashier go from taking several bills at the till and then grabbingdonuts and food with her bare hands. Then she came back to me, took my payment and I kindly requested she wash her hands first.She rolled her eyes and did it, but then put a ton of sugar in my tea which I didn't order and didn't notice until I got back towork. Loooong wait here. I guess they order screen is not working and they still okay with screwing up people's orders three or four... times in a row. I don't come to this location often so I'm not sure if this is an isolated issue or does it happen often. Butthe staff certainly look pretty nonchalant about it. They prefer to yell across the floor and talk to the staff at the fatburgerrather than helping customers. Read more
