Visited here on Oct. 14 around 11:30am. There were about 6 people in line and it still took us almost 15 minutes before we got... to the front to order. There were 3 people working at the time. We put in our order for 2 wrap meals with coffee and donuts.They served about 4 people after us their coffees first while we waited for our wraps. It took almost 10 minutes for our wrapsto get made and then we had to ask them for the rest of our order. Only then did they make our coffees and grab our donuts. Itwas just really really slow and really really bad service. There was also a big black fly that was buzzing about the donut caseand kept landing on one of those canucks dream donuts. I pointed it out but the lady didn't seem to care, just waved it off. Ipersonally will not be back to this location. Read more
Food & coffee was good.No sanitizer for 5days, cleared the garbage shelf when a mgr present,toilet filthy, mens toilet locked... for staff.Form your own opinions. Didn't seem to matter who's on shift.Slack, slovenly maintenance.Grubs. Read more
Most of the girls at this location are really nice, however there is one girl in particular that works in the day that is quite... rude and seems unhappy all the time, it makes for an unpleasant experience when going there, Nighttime staff is amazing andalways friendly when i have been there. Manager of this location is also very friendly and nice. But i am giving it three starsfor the rude daytime worker. Read more
Usual breakfast choice while visiting Canada. I like their sandwich and soup way more than the donuts. Donuts? Nobody can beat... the Cambodian donuts shop in LA. Read more
I thought Tim Hortons was THE Canadian store but it felt the most like America for my whole Vancouver vacation. The staff where... (or at least the girl at the cashier me) was extremely rude. She seemed to brush me off like I was a nuisance or something. Whenmy order was ready they put my food and my drink on opposite sides of the store and the cashier acted like I was stupid forbeing confused. I don't know if it was just a bad experience or if the store is just bad but I didn't want to go there again. Asfor the food compared to places like Starbucks the food was about the same level and the coffee was much worse. Just kind oftasted like someone put a coffee bean in it and called it a day. Terrible. Cashier didn?t even look at me while taking my order. Ordered a sesame bagel double toasted with cream cheese. Was not... told there wasn?t sesame. I was given a cinnamon bagel double toasted with cream cheese. I told the bagel person I asked forsesame and she said they didn?t carry those. I came to this location on Sunday April 17, 2022 at 12 noon. To buy 4 dozens of donuts. Not enough donuts on display, the line... up was super long (see picture) around 14 people in line, they are definitely understaff, and the lady refused to give me allthe donuts, she said it's different price because has Easter theme. While other Tim could give it, if there's not enough donutson display. We ended up only get 2 dozens. And got another 2 dozens at other Tim... with 2 Easter donuts in another 2 dozens. Read more
This store doesn't have much to offer on a Friday at noon. Most bagels and donuts are out of stock and the staff isn't able to... tell you if or when it's gonna be restocked. No honey crullers, apple fritters or Boston cream donuts. There was another donutcalled "baker's choice" but they didn't seem to be sure of what it contains, that's probably the reason why they hadn't sold anyof those. Unfortunately this situation is typical for this store, they really have an issue restocking items. I don't orderbrewed coffee anymore after several times my dark roast came out luke warm. Ordering soup or chilli is also a bad idea, causethey are very skimpy with it. So you better check every time that the cup is decently filled. You wouldn't wanna sit in thereeither, the store has the atmosphere and coziness of a bus stop. Read more
