80% of the staff need a serious attitude/personality/courtesy adjustment. The manager clearly hasn't got a clue and needs to... find another profession. Food is often random, for example, if the sandwich is supposed to be toasted, then 35% of the time itis not and 20%of the time, it is burnt. If it's supposed to have bacon, depending on who is making it, you might get 8 halfstrips or only 2-3. Often they don't listen and you need to repeat what you said, sometimes 5 times over OR they simply don'tlisten at all and then pass their fault onto the customer, who in turn gets nasty looks and staff whispering between themselvesas they glare you down. Management is often reluctant to correct their staff errors without expecting the customer to cough upthe extra $, even if it's only .35 cents. Must be hard up. I could go on but instead I have stopped going there. Davie streetlocation has gone from one of the best to the absolute worst, hands down. Read more

In the past 10 years of going to this location I can think of maybe a dozen times where I've got my order and had everything as... I ordered. Staff is lazy, rude, entitled. Complain and complain all you want management seems content with having an all arounddisappointment and eyesore of a store. All the homeless people outside of it reflects the experience quite well. Any positivereview about this place is obviously fake and written by one of the staff or their family and friends. A little hint guys if youare going to give yourself fake reviews at least diversify with the names you use. Read more

Ok, this was my first ever visit to Tim Hortons, so I?m hesitant to make an opinion about the whole chain. I?ll just give a... review of this specific location. Dirty. All doughnuts were mislabeled, so I had to keep asking which one is which. Staff wasdismissive. Ok, maybe they are tired. It happens. Had to literally step around a drunk person on the floor at the store exit.Brought the doughnut bag home to find out that I still got the wrong order. No matter, attempted to eat them. Nope ????. Tastedlike it?s 3 days old. ??????? just couldn?t find anything positive. Will try a different location. Read more

So, when in Canada I've always had Tim Hortons. This time I was excited to share it with my girlfriend as she has never had it... before. MUCH to my disappointment that chain had SO COMPLETELY changed from what I've had in the past. Looks like to me they aretrying to be a "Starbucks" and not the classic doughnut shop. My sandwich was cold, given the wrong muffin and I had to explainto them how to make a simple latte. Definitely VERY disappointed at their customer service and we were very rushed on making ourorders and the organization of picking up orders was just as chaotic; food pick up in one place and food in another. Good place to sit and have a quick breakfast with downtown vibes. Service is quite fast. I usually place order using their app.... Only compaint I have is their washroom is out of order mostly. I'd appreciate if they keep in working order. Read more

Horrible service from the 2 South Asian female workers there. Came into the store around 10pm on 7/23. Workers were all... giggling and having a good time chatting to each other (fine- no problem). But when it was time to get our order. They continuehaving side conversations (WHILE taking our orders), they forgot and asked again. They continue to socialize (taking our order, but then suddenly stopping midway to talk?then going back and forth mid order). Then they forgot and asked us again? They alsowere screwing up our order each time. Had to tell these girls our order 3 times before they actually get it right. What kindapeople are you hiring? Read more
