Very bad customer service, this elder brown lady will always make you feel unwelcome. She is very rude to customers and her own... co workers as well. I don't understand how she isn't fired yet. I only come to this location for this sweet guy who wearsglasses, he shows genuine care. Read more

This location always gets orders wrong. I watched the woman throw away my order receipt before finishing it and she forgot what... I even ordered ... First she was missing a donut, so she went back and randomly grabbed me a donut..., which was not the flavourI ordered. I guess they kind of just give you whatever. Also don't bother to pay extra for modifications because they don't payattention to that either, my iced coffee was missing caramel. The older brown woman that everyone is talking about in thereviews is rude. She just tossed my order on the table and sounded irritated. Mam, maybe actually follow the order so you don'tstart getting mad when customers ask you to correct your mistakes and you have to waste more time doing things a second time?You're stuck in a loop of being angry and making wrong orders. Super bad service and very rude employees. People here usually mess up the order giving wrong items. Even if you placed a... mobile order over 30 minutes ago, you still need to wait for another 10 minutes looking at your order in the basket and waitingfor the rude employees to grad it for you. If something is missing, they just rudely ask for the original order even if theyhave a paper one, which they might lost, themselves. "Go contact whoever you want to for the complaint" said one of theemployees. I'd like to give a 0 star if there is this option. Read more

Students really need a different restaurant here.. perhaps a McD's or Wendy's. Horrible customer service (don't even call out... the names of mobile orders so the orders just stay on the counters forever). Gave this Tims a few tries but will not make thatmistake again. Read more

TERRIBLE customer service and attitude, how can they be around students? I have been there twice and both times they messed up... my order, charged me for oat milk but gave me regular milk, I had to remind them of what I had ordered and they would try tobrush me off. They receive customers negatively and make you feel like you're a burden. I understand having bad days but this isa consistent attitude. I have experienced this my daughters on separate occasions have also dealt with this. I wouldn'trecommend this coffee stop on campus, Id rather walk further to get my coffee than stop here again :/ Read more

Tried to order the maple bacon breakfast sandwich like 4 different times, they only gave me the sandwich I wanted 1/4 times.... that?s a 25% success rate right there. like come on guys. i guess i could?ve said something when i saw it wrong on the receiptbut there?s this one employee who gives you attitude for no reason so why even bother. once she yelled at my friend for lookingat her while she was ordering. like what? she?s talking to you so of course she?s going to be looking at you? i?m not one toleave one star reviews often but this place truly deserves it, service is slow as hell too, all the people saying things likethey could order their food then spend an hour doing other things and come back and their food wouldn?t be ready aren?t evenexaggerating, it?s 100% true Read more

Usuallly not bad of service, I typically mobile order well in advance so I don?t have to wait forever in store. They usually... don?t listen/understand when I say less cream or a ?small amount? of cream in my iced coffee. I asked for some to be poured outand for more coffee to be added and they gave me attitude about it, wouldn?t pour any out, and added a shot glass worth more oficed coffee. I don?t want to drink 200 calories worth of cream in my iced coffee so listening to customer modifications wouldmake things easier and less awkward/embarrassing for the customer if they have corrections.
