Contrary to most of the recent reviews here, though we could be outliers, we had a positive experience at this branch of Tim... Horton?s in Hornby Street, Vancouver. The coffee was decent but I think nowhere near how Breka, Renaissance or Bonus do theirs. The food was decent too and just the right portion sizes ? hard to beat a classic maple bacon breakfast sandwich! Finally, theirchocolate donut was a delicious way to finish our breakfast at Tim?s! We were happy with their service at the time too and hadno issues whatsoever. Read more

Edit: Changing my 2 star review to 1 star. I go to this location because it's nearest to my house. These people are SO SLOW. I'm... not expecting warp speed hustle but they saunter about like there isn't a huge lineup out the door (which there often is).Knowing this, I don't ever go here when short on time. But even when I'm not in a hurry, it's actually ridiculous - almostcomical - how SLOW these people do everything. I gave 2 stars before because at least the staff were friendly. My last fewexperiences, I found all the staff to be incredibly rude. Not so much to me but to other customers. Especially the young manwith the long hair - slowest and rudest. They don't give you napkins unless you ask for them. A girl came up to the pickupcounter and it was evident that she had spilled something on herself and asked for napkins and she waited like 5 minutes beforethey gave her some. 5 minutes probably doesn't seem long but she literally just asked for napkins and had her hands in the airwith liquid dripping down her forearms lol. These employees are all miserable and it shows. Even though it's less convenientfor me, I'll walk the extra distance to a different location from now on. Read more

They seem to be chronically understaffed here. Takes far too long to get a simple coffee with 3 people ahead of me in line. It... seems like poor customer service when I am waiting at the till. I see the mobile order come in and the staff fill that and leaveme waiting. The main draw for Tim Hortons is convenience but that draw is lost. Tim Hortons has also been in the news for thetracking data used by their app so mobile orders are out for me. I regret this. I used to value that we had a good Canadiancoffee chain. Read more

I love going to Timmy's when I'm in Canada. I brought my wife and son here while visiting Vancouver on Remembrance Day weekend.... This location was very disappointing. First, the coffee wasn't as good as usual. Second, the state of the women's restroom wasbeyond deplorable, with the toilet filled with feces and toilet paper to overflowing. The staff seemed annoyed at being notifiedof the situation. Read more
