Service is slow and there is no sense of urgency to service customers in a timely manner. There is confusion over who orders... what and so many mixed up orders that I waited almost 15 minutes for a bagel. Would not recommend going here if you are in ahurry. Alternatively, maybe hire more people to work in the morning so people aren't waiting for so long. Edit: plus everytime I have bought a bagel from this location it never had enough butter - as if they never put any butter on it at all! Read more

This is one of the worst Tim i?ve seen ever. They said they are open at 05:30. I?ve ordered online at 05:39am but when i went... there the Tim was closed? I?m just wondering why did they never change there schedule on google if they are not open?? Read more

I've been here a few times in the early morning and this location is constantly understaffed from opening until 7am. Expect long... waits and an unfairly stressed out employee. I see more customers come in and leave than actually served. If you want promptservice go to the next location a block and a half away where there is more than one person working. Read more

No exaggeration from other reviewers, this is one of the worst Tim Hortons you'll ever encounter, very understaffed and the... staff onboard seems to the naked eye as if they had no training (some like working, some not, some trying). Takes forever to geta simple cup of coffee without food (15-20 minutes), I work very close from here and it is faster to walk 2-3 blocks to othercoffee shops. If you do that and happen to walk by this location, when you're back you'll see almost the same people in the lineup that were there when you walked by empty handed. Read more

The manager of this place definitely needs some coaching on her leadership skills, frustration management and customer service.... I?m pretty sure she means well but her attitude is very poor. Never smiling or positive with her co workers nor the customers.This store is awful. They seems to be all new. Things are not working out in this store Read more

I had the worst experience ever . The girl working in morning yesterday was so terrible . we were asking for bag . She wasn?t... even letting us complete her sentence . She was even so bossy to her coworkers . She gave me my wedges and after 2 minutes saune and then after another 2 minutes my wrap and then I had to ask for bag as well . She should have given us food together nicelyin bag . Instead of us holding everything one by one . And please have some patience let other person complete their sentence .Worst customer service ever. I will never visit again . Please train her better ???????????????????????????????? !!! Worst Tims I have ever gone too. This was my first time going to this location and will be my last. I never write reviews but... I?ve never felt such disrespect and have been talked to this rudely before. One of the female staff was super rude and arrogant,did not even listen to what I was trying to say. She just continued to finish mine and my classmates sentences without evenknowing what we were going to say. First she gave us our food without a bag and when we asked she cut us off and said your foodis coming and I?m giving it when that wasn?t even what we were saying. She gave the food so aggressively and the wholeexperience was just a terrible vibe and full of rude responses from her. If we kept asking her things or stopping her frommaking our food to do it a certain way maybe the response would be somewhat justified but I only asked for a bag. She reallyneeds to understand how to treat others not only customers but her co-workers too. I would give zero stars but the one star isfor all the other people that served us as they were kind and knew how to treat others. Read more

worst experience ever??? I ordered two sausage biscuits combos and I don't know why the guy charged me one combo and one... sandwich and a md coffee . I asked him why I only get one coffee. should I have another one coming with the combo. he didn'trespond my question and told me if I couldn't speak clearly I should take my mask off. I was speechless for his rudeness. that's ok if u didn't get what I ordered but after you took the wrong order and blame it on the customers, that's unacceptable!I am a visitor from Toronto. this is my first breakfast in Vancouver.
