I have great experience last evening in this tim hortons. I really like the one employee from this store who's name is Harman.... Last evening, i ordered the crispy chicken but they were ran out off that and they were not going to make it again because theywere going to close the store. On my request, she specially made it for me which thing i really like it and which shows that shereally cares about the customers. I love her customer service. It was so bad experience in this tim that i have ever had. Staff is so slow and i had missed my bus even I waited for at least... 15 min. The lady with grey hairs is so rude every time i visit. I placed my order for cream cheese bagel but they just gave mebagel nothing on it. In place of choco creamy chill they gave me just iced cap with no cream no sugar. The staff even don?t knowfor how long a person is standing in a line and waiting also when given a order. I asked them again and again for my orde, theyeven don?t know about that. I am from US and have been traveling with my family through Alberta and BC for the last 6 days and chose to stay in a hotel next... door to this cafe. Every single day we have been doing breakfast at one of the Tim Hortons because of our old association. Thislocation bothered me and forced me to write this review. I spent $45+ on my breakfast and later needed a cup of water. I went tothe counter and asked for a cup of water with ice. The Asian server was so rude to me and said ?there is a charge for that cupof water you have to pay for?. As a visitor to this city how can one know that there is a charge when earlier another lady didnot charge any. Business should have more respect for a customer because they are there because of us. I do not know if anyonefrom corporate is looking at these comments but you need to be ashamed of annoying a customer by collecting Pennie?s from customfor a cup of water. It was not a huge amount just a 15 cents. So I paid it. The funny thing is I was going through a series ofdiscussions to establish a Tim Horton in College Station TX USA. I did mobile order here in the morning muffin and tea. She gave me my muffin and served the order without completing my order. I... was waiting for my drink and the I ask for my order she didn?t check and told me to wait I did wait for 15 minutes and shedidn?t give me order after that I left the store without taking my drink. Swung by on a craving whim for a Walnut Banana Loaf Muffin which is hard to find across Tims in downtown, but this location has... the biggest selection i have seen. I especially wanted to make use of the weekly offer for any muffin for a buck, awesome valueand I actually rate some of the Timmie's muffins! The joint itself is a good location but terrible service, the server wasextremely rude, insisted she scanned my Tim's Rewards but didn't and therefore missed out on a playing chance for a rollup. Shealso had quite a lot of attitude and single word responses with zero manners. Anyway, asides from the service a nice yummy tastyand good value for money treat when on the move! Read more

Great service but the bathroom is closed even though dine in is allowed which is kinda odd.

A typical Tim Hortons. If you like Tim's you will like this one I suppose. It is fairly small, and full, but the service was... fairly efficient. It did seem under staffed, with only 3 people working behind the counter. Read more
