Tractor is dope! Massively underrated as a supplier of efficient, fresh and super yummy healthy grub in a plentiful and well... presented portion. When I say healthy, I don't mean leaves like those pathetic salads.. they have a great range of options forhealthy fats, wholesome ingredients and wholegrain options. One of the reason for my visits was how they have been able tointegrate vegan options into the market green selections. I wanted to try something new today, so went with thw Tofu QuinoaWrap, absolutely delicious!! I wolfed it down in minutes. The Tofu was marinated very well and the market options and powergreens were super crisp, crunchy and fresh for sure. Plenty of flavor and exciting seasoning. Their market options are rad, veryinnovative and edgy I can't wait to try others. This was sweet! It is on the more expensive side as anyone who cooks, knows howmuch it'd take to whip this up. Tractor has been one of my favourite places for healthy, vegan, GF food with variety of soup, salad and beverage options. The... stuff is super friendly, the sitting environment is nice and clean. Very healthy and tasty food choices! I usually get the sandwich and soup combo but today opted for a pork bowl. Good sized... portion that comes with 2 sides of your choice. I just wish we got more pork! In my bowl are the beets, brussel sprouts, and Ichose greens instead of rice. Read more

I can?t believe I never tried this place before! The quality of food was amazing. The rice was so yummy (one of the few places I... loved the way they made rice). The falafel was not my favourite but I love to try new items. I loved the variety of salad itemsand proteins I could choose from. At first sight, this $14 dish might look expensive; however, if you buy a chipotle bowl, thatwould be almost same price. And the portion size was as big as I kept some of the food aside for my dinner. The staff was sofriendly. My lunch at Traktor was pleasant if not really filling. I had the beef stew with the curried cauliflower, and mushroom salad.... Good place for a healthy meal. We had a carb heavy meal in the morning and wanted veggies but not just a salad. I had the short... rib bowl and loved it. You first choose your protein which determines the price of the bowl. You then get to choose either powergreens or brown rice as the base or you can do half half. Then you get to choose two different sides. I had the brussels sproutswith apricot and beets with snap peas. My husband had the full grilled chicken with curried cauliflower and mushrooms ditalini.He was surprised at how tender the chicken was. Portions were a bit lacking and his bowl looked kind of sad. This bowl was 12$ and it's MASSIVE and you can customize it completely. Really good portion of food for the money and a great... healthy alternative. Server was super nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. Water is on tap and utensils and additives areavailable at the patron's pleasure. Read more
