Absolutely horrible location. They got my order completely wrong twice, gave me the wrong milkshake and didn?t add sauce even... though I made it clear in the notes that they forgot it last time, and I?d appreciate it this time. For me to pay extra fornothing as well as have them tell me it was the delivery driver?s fault means they really don?t take responsibility or care fortheir customers. I?d avoid this location like the plague. Read more

Quality of food was good. I order a burger, and upgraded the sides to onion rings and milkshake. It was incredible the total... came out to be $23.99... I initially thought I was paying also for my friend?s order. Upon scrutiny, just the milk shake was a~$7 extra. Milkshake was a milkshake - not sprinkled with gold flakes. I would get my milkshake elsewhere going forward. Read more

Place is going downhill fast. Burgers are cold coming outta the kitchen. Customer service sucks, constantly forget something to... my order? my fault for not checking when I do take out. Eat another 20 dollar meal somewhere local people! Read more

all we ordered was a small fries, so maybe that was our mistake, but they tasted ????????????????????. they were dry, unsalted,... flavourless, and violently warm. my friend almost cried. and she?s not a sensitive sally. not to mention they were literallytossed into an aggressively large bag, which i guess is company policy, but as steve harrington would say, ?screw companypolicy.? This place is going downhill. I was a regular customer but now I just come here occasionally. I would say the last 3 out of 5... times the fries were not White Spot fries, they were poor substitutes. This is happening regularly and at White Spot Restaurantstoo. Why does a company brag about their products in advertising and then just substitute an inferior product and hope theircustomers don't notice? In the Restaurant, I usually call them out and they admit it. When it's take out you don't know what youare getting until you have left the store. This is a terrible way to encourage loyalty. This company seems to care more aboutconvenience than standing by their advertising and their quality. If you don't have your regular product inform the customerwhen ordering. It's dishonest to substitute without explanation. Do you think McDonald's would do this? Read more

The burger as a whole was great! It had great toppings and the sauce was tasty. It was a bit on the expensive side but that?s... okay. The fries weren?t that good in my opinion but I like a more saltier fry anyway. Their cookies and cream milkshake was sodelicious. I don?t normally like them but my boyfriend got one and I drank a lot of it. Read more

Always loved White Spot?s Triple O burgers. Had a chance to have lunch at Triple O on Cornwall in Kitsilano. The place was empty... for Friday lunch. Ordered the Monty Mushroom combo with onion rings and a drink. The total was $19. ????. That?s crazyrestaurant price. Maybe that?s why the place was empty. Maybe it?s inflation. But whatever the reason, $19 was just a bitexpensive. The burger was good but not great. There was too much triple o sauce and not enough mushrooms. Read more
