The woman at the counter with short hair, age ~50 should be fired. She was rude to me and my wife (argued with me that I should... know names and numbers of all items I am buying). I don't feel comfortable to visit this place anymore. This person should notwork with customers. Read more

In my experience the staff here is unprofessional and rude. For example, I did a shop today and the cashier couldn't wait for me... to bag my groceries, so he moved to the empty till beside me to take the next customer (I only had a few items and had justreached into my backpack to get my grocery bag, no more than five seconds after I finished paying for my order). I normallywouldn't mind this, but it was how he started bantering with the next lady in line about 'all the obstacles in the store',clearly meaning me, while I was still bagging my items at the first till. She clearly felt that I was in her way though I wasbagging at the next till over. I'm taking my business back to Whole Foods where the staff are friendly and see you as a humanbeing. Read more

Awful... I gave it 2 stars because people dismiss the 1 star reviews. Went there because I'm staying at a hotel in the area... where a hamburger is $40. Just wanted some prepared foods. They had two unlabeled soups that looked already picked through, somesick looking chicken pieces and a dried out what I guess was Shepherd's Pie? No chicken salad or anything normal. Just weirdoverpriced old looking salads... I wound up getting some cheese and crackers and some iced tea. This was at 5pm... You wouldthink it would be fresh for people getting off work. Awful and overpriced. Read more

One of the best upscale grocery stores in downtown Vancouver. In addition to gourmet groceries, they have hot food bar at this... location, as well as really well priced gourmet pizzas by weight (salmon pizza as well!) and a large seating area indoors andoutdoors. Limited tables indoors during the current lockdown. Amazing upscale vibe store with delicious food. Gets a little busyduring lunch hours, but frees up a bit after around 2 pm. Free wifi. Read more

This is the best Urban Fare store in Vancouver. Great location, convenient underground parking, huge grocery and produce... selection. Warm and tasty meals at reasonable prices vertually all day. The in-store Starbucks next to the Bakery section makesit easy to take out your favorite coffee and pastry. It is a pleasure to shop here. Read more

Impressed with the selections and service, they even have a chef cooking in the centre of the deli! The sushi boxes look... amazing, the pizzas are cooked up on the spot, there are all kinds of cuisines! Theres a carvery, salad bar, and self servicehot meals. The seating area is huge and lots of tables to eat, read, work and people watching. I like this place a lot. I hadcabbage rolls, fresh corn, rice and shepherd's pie...I wanted to taste as much as possible, all the dishes were quite authentic. Read more
