Got treated rudely, basically I have a gift card to use at the mall but the woman ringing me through wasn't able to check the... cost. I asked if I could check my gift card balance somewhere else but she basically said I had to pay since I just ordered. SoI didn't get to use my gift card I had to pay the whole thing with my credit card. Terrible customer service. I won't beordering from here again Read more

I don?t know how to cook Pho but I swear if I tried it would be better than this place. The beef pho soup has absolutely zero... flavour! It doesn?t come with mint or bean sprouts.. comes with nothing! Take your 12$ elsewhere. Read more
Felt inclined to make a review since there are mostly bad reviews for Vina so far and I almost didn?t try it because of them. I... went to Vina Vietnamese for the first time today as there was a promo on Ritual. I ordered the lemongrass chicken which camewith 2 pieces of chicken, white rice, and a large spring roll. When I showed up for my pickup a bit after 1pm the place wasn?tbusy in comparison to the other restaurants in the food court. Likely do to the bad reviews, lol. Staff were friendly and myorder was ready to go. The dish was tasty and the portion sizes were fair (note that I had already ate some before taking thephoto). The chicken was seasoned and cooked nicely and the spring roll was very tasty as well. All-in-all, not bad for a foodcourt restaurant. Read more
Pretty decent for a food court bowl of pho. Price is higher/same as other pho stores. I ordered a chicken pho and it comes with... a piece of lemon and dikon in it. Not bad. Read more
