We've been to this location few times before, it's clean and run properly. One thing I like about them is that they have dark... hot chocolate compare to most places. The only negative thing is not having too many choices for snacks. Read more

This berry muffin was pretty good! I asked them make it hot which was hot and soft. And flat white was great! The foam was... perfact. And they have a really nice staff! Everyone was kind and lovely. I will visit here again. Read more

Fajita chicken wrap was fresh and delicious to me. The cafe has a huge space for big gathering . Interior design was pleasant... for a chain cafeteria ! Read more

I walked in the waves and I saw a woman named Sunna, she was treating her coworkers so horribly infront of all customers she was... yelling at her coworkers and so as her customers. She was also throwing drinks in the sink. On the other hand, other workers areso kind and friendly, I just think that it?s unfair for them to be treated horribly in front of all customers. I will never comeback again. Read more

Basically an off-brand Blenz, from the food to the branding. Not a bad things, just an observation - resemblance is... uncanny. Cafe spacious and well let with two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows. The decor is minimal and modern, and everythingis very clean, but it does feel a bit sterile. Very comfortable noise level. Both staff members working were really kind andhelpful. I got their Breakfast Wrap, Lemon Loaf, and seasonal Blue Coconut Latte. The wrap was pretty good - there was a goodratio of eggs/cheese to vegetables, the vegetables seemed fresh, the herb tortilla was tasty. They did a good job heating thetortilla to the perfect balance of crispiness and softness. The lemon loaf (both the loaf and icing) was dry. I did like theairier, more textured crumb in comparison to the denser Starbucks-style lemon loaf. I really liked the Blue Coconut Latte! It'ssteamed milk (regular milk by default, I got mine with coconut milk) with coconut syrup, and what I'm assuming is a naturalpowder colouring from the way it looked in the drink, though I'm not sure exactly what since the flavour was subtle andsecondary to the coconut. Although it's sweetened with syrup I didn't find it overly sugary. Confusingly, they have ceramicplates for dining in, but no ceramic mugs. They do accept personal mugs. I liked the wrap better than the food at Blenz, willhave to try more baked goods to see if the stale loaf was a one-off. Based on what I tried, the drinks are also comparable toBlenz. Their full menu has some interesting stuff, but not all the food was in stock when I visited. Read more

I usually don't write reviews of coffee shops, but this granted one. It's big and conveniently located on the corner of Smithe &... Howe in downtown Vancouver. What really struck me about this place was how clean it was....I mean it was literally sparkling andespecially during a pandemic that is very assuring. The staff were very friendly and their pastries, sandwiches, coffee andorganic loose-leaf tea collection was impressive. I loved their tasteful decor and shiny floors. There's no question thatmanagement here has placed a great deal of love and pride in this business, and that level of care and attention has trickleddown to all levels of the staff grape-vine. I went this morning and this place just raised the coffee shop bar for me. Read more
